Knappy's Komics: what do users think?
Dayden Tilton: Just don’t do it!
Ronald Kadoh: Best prices ever.
D M: Has a store on Ebay. Was selling a comic book and listed it as taking offers. My offer was $1.00 less than his Buy It Now price and he blocked me from buying. What a joke. If you don't want people to "Make Best Offer", shut that feature off. I was then willing to pay full amount but can't now cause blocked. After reading reviews here, so glad I didn't buy from Knappy's.
L Diaz: Rare gem if you collect specific comics. I wish they could ship so I can buy more.
Robin Lee: V we to nice and friendly place to go. Great atmosphear
Tami Grimslid: The owner was so rude, he didn't acknowledge us at all. My son, daughter inlaw and grandson were visiting from out of state. They are huge collectors of action figures, both my son and I tried to start a conversation with the owner and he was very short. I don't want them to visit this store the next time they come in. We can find a store with a friendly employee in the future.
Richard Pauwels: Very knowledgeable good customer service first time there the owner know his stuff I don't know what the other reviews are talking about if you don't like his rules then don't go the man's just trying to protect his investment from your kids grubby miss can you blame him
Damien Lehfeldt (TheFencingCoach): The owner is as standoffish as everyone says. On the computer in front when I walked in. No simple “hello. Can I help you find anything?” Dead silence. Signs everywhere about “don’t touch this, don’t touch that, blablabla” like we were going into this guy’s personal collection and not a comic store. I searched the store (super limited selection) for about 30 minutes, didn’t see anything I wanted and absolutely nothing out of his mouth when I left. Dead silence again. Odd experience, odd store run by an odd dude. Do not recommend.
George Hell: This comic store does not allow children under 16 without the accompaniment of a parent. Even as a direct relative over 18 I was not able to enter the store with them even if they were to stay in the designated children’s area. Bad service, unfriendly/sarcastic staff, and ruins the idea of youthful energy at a comic book store.
Peach Zwiller: If you are under 16 they kick your kids out! They should get an adult reader section! Worst ever!
Leanne Marcheschi: The whole experience was extremely awkward. Walked into an empty and silent store except for the cashier or presumably owner sitting at the counter. He didn't for one second look up from his laptop to greet us the entire time we walked around, even walking passed him a number of times. Won’t be back, a simple hello goes a long way.
Austin Borton: Great little shop! I found a few Lego minifigures, and a pop that I was looking for. People are being harsh on the owner. He probably has social anxiety or something along those lines. We had a nice chat and I will definitely go back when I’m in the area again.
Tony Troiola: Clean, organized and solid selection. Owner was pleasant.
Eric Baker: Zero stars. Owner told my 10 year that he to little to look through the boxes. Didn't even offer to help find what he was looking for. Won't be buying anything there again. I'll take my family elsewhere to spend money on comics
Pat Dixon: Used to visit every couple weeks or so.  Has a decent selection BUT... If you're old school and are particular about good customer service, this is NOT the place to be.My final straw?  A little over a year ago when covid was in its prime, he was offering  grab bags with purchases for free comic book day.  I texted him with a few questions on what he had available.  Was very vague so i called but he didn't answer. So I went ahead and made the 30 minute drive surely knowing he'll see its me and we can work something out.  I called when I got there (curbside only).  Since he never confirmed having the books I was curious about, I simply said go ahead and just grab a few current titles you recommend and I'll buy em.  He comes out moments later and shoves the grab bag my way and tells me not to worry about it.  I again insist he just surprise me with a few new books. He rudely declines and walks back in.  I go home and texted him thanks and also apologize for any misunderstanding.   Doesn't say a word and blocks me.  He loses a steady customer just like that. He's always had an awkward personality but I never thought it would come to something like this.  He shouldn't display any negative traits when customers walk in and should always act courteous and professional.  So again, if these things are important to you then I highly recommend  Khahan's Realm in downtown Elkhart.  Steve  instantly tries to establish a friendship with his customers, learns their favorites and always makes suggestions.  Not to mention he's always having specials going on.I'm gonna end this review on a positive note especially since Knappy's has a new location. If the owner reads this, please act like you care about who walks into your shop. Simple things like greeting, thanking, learning names, etc.  Strike up conversations, especially with newer folks. It'll encourage them to come back. I've helped run comic shops as well over the years and believe me, it's best for business.  Good luck to you in your new location!
Faith Boynton: rude. abrupt. not welcoming. did not seem to want anyones return business

They have a massive selection of comics and collectibles, some games and clothing, merchandise for anime/manga fans, reasonable prices, and great owners (who work in-store) that are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend checking them out!

bill kyes: great selection of comic books and graphic novels. large selection of collectables
rob irwin: Very awesome store
Bob: I really do like this place, very cool place and the couple that work there are very nice. I took off one star because nothing has a price tag on it. So whenever you want to know how much something is you have to gonfind someone to ask. That's a pain.
Abigail Renz: A comic nerds dream! If you love Marvel, DC, Star Wars, LOTR this is a place for you!!
Brandon Rapp: Great selection, a little something for everyone with new stuff coming in often!
Allen R: The best collectibles store in the area! Get ur nerd and geek on here
Pandemic Wrestling Federation: My favorite local comic shop. I've been looking for some specifics lately, and Casey has been pretty helpful in ensuring that they end up in my hands.I'd be happy to help out and assist with warehouse operations or e-commerce business. They could honestly make so much more money expanding in the right places.
mark cassar: Amazing selection, great helpful people working there too!!!
Max Dreibelbis: Fantastic.... friendly knowledgeable staff. So much awesome stuff inside.
Victor Cason: Great people! The store is nice and has everything I need and want.
Matt Wiersema: Awesome People and Shop!!!
Richard Pauwels: Always a pleasure dealing with this shop weather it's buying comics or learning from the knowledgeable staff
JC Doyle: Yes! Ever expanding universe of comic related items. Top notch reserve service! Nuff Said.
Bill Knebel: This isn’t a place to bring your kids. The owners wife was extremely rude to my 9 year old son. Prices have also gone way up. The owners are know to be snooty and it feels more like a museum than a toy store. The comic selection is also limited to the last five years and nothing older. Bring your money and leave your kids at home.

Midwest Manga: what do users think?
Theodora Vanyar: Small but amazing selection with friendly staff and clear cut prices.
Dudeman0592: Friendly owner really tries to communicate with the customer. A wide selection of series to choose from. if you ask if they have a particular series and they don't they'll order for you.
Josue Aguilera G.: Thanks to word of mouth, this weekend was my first time visiting and I instantly fell in love with this manga shop. If I could give Midwest Manga a 6/5 stars, I absolutely would ☆☆☆☆☆☆.Normally I would buy all of my manga from Barnes & Noble, and Amazon — BUT that was only because I was not aware of this local gem! It's a small, and cozy manga shop. The environment is warm, inviting, and the owner was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Although small, it's manga selection is MASSIVE! I was blown away by their inventory. I was also pleased to see that the manga were in great condition. A major plus for a any collector who is as picky as I am.I was so happy to see that they had the entire BLEACH collection, including the Thousand Year Blood War arc volume 55 - 74; a very rare find! This is now my go-to shop for all my manga needs. I can't wait to be back to get the rest of Hell's Paradise.
Leigh D: A lovely little Manga store with a huge selection. I was able to grab several books that i couldn't find anywhere else at great prices. The owners were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for this genre!
ifrinnsiol: This is a small, one room, Manga shop. The door to it is on the left side of a flag making business. Although the shop is tiny, it is well lit, organized, and has a good variety of individual manga and manga series. The person running it was friendly and helpful to my children. We will be going back.
Julio Melendez: Best place for mangas and they have a sale 25% off for the holidays
BrianD3: Tons of options, friendly owner, what isn't there to like.
Brooke: They have a great selection of current and classic manga volumes. When a volume of a series is missing he is more than willing to order it for you. Very receptive to answering questions and will converse with you about mutual interests when it comes to manga and anime. Has certain special editions and at time box sets. It really is worth checking out for anyone who loves manga. Can't wait to go back. Make sure you follow all their socials.
Phoenix Stryker: Had everything I wanted!
NightRaven3: A cute little shop with a large selection. He's willing to pick up what he can for you. Loved the back to school sale
Daniel Ramirez: great place to go to
Nathan W: Good selection
Hayley Beam: This is now my go to place to shop for Manga. I love supporting local when I can. They have a great selection and wide variety. I also always ask a lot of questions when I'm there as I'm so indesicive.. But the guy that runs the place is always helpful and nice. :)
Caleb Dubik: Great selection
Matt Steigely: Awesome place! Great selection of manga and light novels. Super friendly dude behind the counter and was extremely nice and polite to my kids.
Jose Del Abra: A small cozy manga store, the person working there was super awesome and does orders frequently. He knew off the tip of his head what issues were coming and when. If that doesn't show his passion idk what else you need. Definitely had a wide variety of Mangas, from classics to current issues.
Mutlee Homegrown: Stopped in after seeing this place advertised online. It is a cozy 1 room store with options running from the most popular (DBZ, one piece, berserk, AOT) to the obscure with different discounts and deals for preorders and special orders as well as a few rare finds (like the entire Akira boxset). Recommended for anyone in the area to stop by, especially since you don't have to deal with the lines like at some larger retailers in the area.
JD Martinez: Went for the grand opening on 4/2/22 and loved it! This is a small cozy little shop that has a very nice selection of manga. The owners are very friendly and more than happy to order anything you cannot find. I would highly recommend visiting this shop.
Courtney Haley: It's a small shop, but there are a lot of options. They even carry brand new volumes! The shop keepers are super friendly and make good suggestions if you aren't sure what you're looking for. They are also constantly adding new inventory, so don't be afraid to ask about a series you want but don't see!

Khahan's Americana: what do users think?
Craig Purciarele: Very awesome comic book/funko Store with a great owner who's very knowledgeable and friendly
Chris G: It’s a good comic shop. The back issue selections are fairly plentiful but, at least when I went, I couldn’t find the recent issues of certain comics I was trying to find. They do have a decent selection of manga however.I feel like the space they have limits how much stock they can have of various things, which I can’t fault them for. But still, as someone who’s been to many comic shops, the selections did feel a bit limited.
Mark Koons: Good prices and friendly. Will be going back.
Chris Taylor: Nice store. Friendly owner.Updating to current: it's taken me a while to get back to this little shop, but the changes made between my 2 visits are amazing, so much more available, now. Make some time to visit this business (totally worth your time!), & if you're into Nightwing, make this your lcbs 🙂
Jennifer Allen: Great owner, knowledgeable and friendly. Only giving 4 stars because they don't have space for tournaments.
Servant's Heart Church: A bit of a hidden gem. Great place! Helpful owner.
Seth Watkins: Awesome selection of products, cool owner, if you are stopping in town for the comic book museum, you would be missing out by not stopping at Khahans.

Thor Lowe: Gretplace for new comics and back issues
Steven Caldwell: This is your typical comic book store. They have a pretty good selection of back issues and new issues, along with Funko pops and a pretty good selection of manga. The guy working the counter was nice enough and seemed willing to provide any assistance that we needed. The prices were in line with comic shops of the typical size and we were satisfied with our trip 2 the store after going. No complaints.
Dustin Milton: Knowledgeable....friendly guy. Clean place.
leroy mast: Comic Books ok Figures good just not what I'm looking for
Randy Craigo II: Owner seemed pleasant enough, I unfortunately didn't see anything I had to have. Has a little of everything, comics, games, funko, & manga
