Savaiianteine: They don’t accept you using someone’s card to pay the pill at the window. I get that, but you have proof, you have the account number and you are the wife of the card owner. Then pay by phone wasn’t accepted either. What the hell is wrong with this company? Don’t they want our money? First of all, your online bill payment doesn’t work and it sucks. Peoole have jobs and don’t have time for your unprofessional service. Ya need to fix this problems.

David Borror: How come on Saturday and Sunday I'm not able to pay my bill by phone or online. Does the system quit working on weekends. Can yal address this problem I work six days a week and I only have time to pay my bills on weekends using the automatic service and it don't ever want to work. Hope this problem gets fixed
Theodore Miller: This review is for the experience I received this morning at 10:50am on 3/23/2022 with one of the 311 liasons. Extremely short responses. She wanted to end the conversation quickly. She said I could schedule a technician to come out to my house but she failed to explain to me why, when I called several times before, that none of the previous liasons, never told me I could schedule to have a technician come out to my house, which cost me a lot of important time. Her attitude was just short and it was irritating.
Joselyn Solis: Terrible service.My husband went to the office to check on one of our accounts where NEFFERTITA SMITH help him. Right off the bat she had a terrible attitude she acted as she did not want to help him, we say this because she started to give a bunch of excuses to where she couldn’t resolve or help him in what he needed and she was very rude about it. Of course if you go to someone who is supposed to help you and they give you attitude and are rude you will feel attacked and will end up upset. So my husband called for the manager. Even after the manager was there she did not tone it down she did not care that her boss was right there in front of us she was still arguing and being rude.I don’t understand why people like NEFRTTIRA SMITH work in a place where customer service is a priority. She is not professional, doesn’t have a “people first” attitude, she doesn’t have the the ability to communicate with customers, empathy, a positive attitude or patience.0 out of 10 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Tayleb Brooks: Although some city features can be mildly inconvenient as they are switching systems and policies are changing with COVID, the staff works very hard and are all honest with their help. The building is old and beat up but the drive is is extremely convenient for paying bills - which is why most people go. Very satisfied with the interactions I have had with the staff and more people need to realize that the service reps are there to do the best they can given the policies that are in place.

Adrienne Robinson: The new customer service is rude, lacks professionalism, and sounds like they've just rolled out of bed!They are not accurately giving account information because they have none being that they're a new billing service for South Bend. So, when asking for a supervisor or a dispute team, expect to be hung up on!

Candace Mack: Called because I was having problems paying my bill over the phone the night before. I wasTold it was my bankcard and it was not, I called back and the system took the payment wouldn't even look in to it. There was an error in the system. If you don't know, don't give out incorrect information.
William Niederer: Called twice to find out/confirm the process for getting water shut off for plumbing service. While the wait time the first time was very long (so not five stars), the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The second time I called, wait time was pretty quick and again the person was helpful and pleasant.
Lori McDonald: Worst customer service on 311. CIty took an extra payment out of my checking account and won't give me my money back.
Charles Kelley: You can go ahead and stay on hold in the queue when you call, but will just get the digital receptionist asking to leave a message. People understand these are trying times because of COVID, but at least call people back. Please change what you're automated system says so there isn't false hope when people are depending on contacting someone on the phone (who sadly probably need someone on the phone more than I do).
Bruce Springsteen: There is no way for me to pay my bill online. The utilities department changed their website format which required me to log in again, only for the new website to not recognize my email or account number, which was thankfully provided to me by an employee via email. One of the help pages actually takes you to a dead link when you click on it. I did try calling three days prior to posting this but was on hold for at least five minutes, with no response.Please fix the coding on your website immediately; there's no way I'm the only person that can't access their utilities payments.
