I've rented multiple times from then including furinture which had bugs and we had to get rid of it ourself from a computer that stopped working after payments were completed. And tv that stopped working within a year. This location is horrible. Employees are nice but manager is rude and is very disrespectful will never go back to this rent a center after the disrespect and harassment I have received from management there so I refuse to talk to anyone from that store because or poor management went straight to head quarters.

I'm going to stop going to this one and move to the Mishawaka Target. Also they only have one person at the pharmacy during rush hour. Almost an hour while I'm the 4th person in line is too long. He gave 2 covid boosters in front of me the night I was there. Those things should never be scheduled during that time.

That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!And thank you, Honest South Bend Shopper, for turning in our purchased bag of items!

The lady checking me out asked me to download the app. It took forever and when I said I needed to go, she took my phone out of hand and told me to wait. She was extremely aggressive about getting me to download this app. I will not be returning to this Staples store for fear of running into cashier Janet again.
John Stockman: Bought an office chair but the seat holes didn't line up so it couldn't be assembled. Hauled it back to the store for an exchange. Manager, Don, said they no longer do exchanges. Don said I could do a return only and the sale price was no longer valid. Said I had to pay $25 more for the same chair.Took the refund. I'll never set foot in that place again. What a rip off. Should have known better than to buy from them. What a crock!I'd give them zero stars if I could!

He helped me print sale signs from my flash drive for our retail store…Office Depot WAS our go to place, but Cory’s customer service, positive attitude, experience and enthusiasm helped me solve problems that were not even attempted by the competitor. Alicia Manning: Jose and Mitchele are an exceptionally awesome team! They are truly assets to the Staples brand. Both are experts multi-taskers and Jose was the first to greet me as I entered the store. That was noteworthy because I walked by the asst manager and another employee twice before getting to Jose. The other two never stopped their conversation to greet a customer. Jose represented the company with real customer service and a commitment to excellence through his coaching of Mitchele and assistance to me. Thanks Jose!

The current employee that was around didn’t try to help, asked him and all he said was there was a limited time he could help me and didn’t even try to actually help me only raising his voice and getting irritated with me.
R Chest: Had a few non positive interactions with Staples over the past few years. For one thing the rewards program full of loop holes that makes it hard to figure out what to do to earn rewards and very easy to not meet qualifications and loose out. Besides that the most recent glitch was I ordered online for home delivery but I made a huge mistake and sent it to my other address - totally my fault. Literally hours after placing the order I chatted with a 'rep' who assured me they canceled the order and I even got a confirmation of the cancelation. BUT few days later I then get a delivery confirmation too and SURPRISE turns out when the first rep lies and says the order is canceled the second rep says it is UNABLED to be canceled. I could not even go thru UPS to redirect or cancel (UPS Stinks too). So not impressed with the lie - or lack of training - maybe rep was not even in the USA. Regardless 3 stars for all my listed and non listed issues over the past few years.

The customer service rep didn’t even care to help me find them and when I told him the ceiling was leaking and there was no basket underneath he acted like he didn’t care saying that it’s leaking everywhere. Then went back to sitting on a stool in the aisle playing on his phone. Went across the street and purchased what I needed at Walgreens.

Tom is great to work with, follows up when he says he will, and takes good care of his customers to make them lifetime customers. I'll continue buying made in USA furniture from Mishawaka Furniture because I know they will take good care of me and I'm happy to give them my business.

So this rude guy proceeds to tell me, maybe I should lose some weight! WTF was that supposed to mean? I wanted to jack slap the guy right there! Needless to say, we did NOT buy any furniture from this joke of a place! I mean, who treats their potential customers like this? I will be calling and talking to whoever is in charge today!!! Don’t waste your time!

Joseph Weaver: Was asked by an associate to take my foot off the ottoman as i sat on a sofa testing out the furniture. I worked for Aaron's for years. Never once did I ask a customer to remove their foot from an ottoman. The sales rep seemed very uninterested in me even though I explained I was need of furniture now and ready to buy. As someone who worked for the company and knows the expectations Aaron's has for customer service and securing the sale I was left feeling very disappointed with what the associate's of this building felt was acceptable customer service.

Jerome Jonesiii: I had to change my review now. The online set up was bad. Really poorly explained for finalization which caused my wife and I to cancel delivery and future service. Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit.

On that day, Aaron’s called me and said their delivery truck ‘broke down’, and said I would be their first delivery the day after tomorrow. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said they were no delivering due to COVID-19. Understandable. I simply canceled my order after already making a payment, and was told my money would be refunded within 10 business days. That was 30 days ago, and still no refund. I called the GM, and he didn’t seem to care. Aaron’s will never have my business again.

They repeatedly told me it would not go and I had to show them how to do it and it went up there no matter how many peoples said it wouldn’t go. Very disappointed in their effort.
Jenn Turner: I gave one star only because it won't let me leave zero. Looked at a fridge that had a dented freezer door. Ivan promised that if we took it, he would have a new door for it Thursday the following week. So they delivered it with the dented door. By the end of the following week we hadn't heard from him about our new door so we called him. He said "Oh yeah. It didn't come in yet. I'll call the other stores and see if they have one." He called back later and said he found one and they would deliver and install it between 4:00 and 7:00 the next day. My husband and I both stayed home from work that afternoon to make sure we didn't miss the delivery. They never showed up and they never called. So rather than call them to chase down our door once again, we went out and found the same model fridge elsewhere for half the price. The following Monday my husband called Ivan to ask why they never showed up. He said, "The guys were there and you weren't home. They called and left a voice mail for you." Well, that was a lie. They never came because both me and my husband were home. And they never called because we didn't have a voice mail or any call on our caller ID on any of our 3 phones. So we asked them to come pick up the fridge and cancel our contract. Once again Ivan told us they would be here on a specific day between 4 and 7. And once again, they didn't show up as promised. WE had to call them AGAIN. And we were given every excuse in the book why they didn't come... A couple guys called in sick, they overbooked the truck for the day and so on. When we finally got them to come pick it up, only ONE guy showed up to move the refrigerator, he came after hours, and he forgot to bring paperwork showing it was picked up. I told him I didn't trust them to just take it without something in writing, so I made him write up a receipt for it. I will NEVER step into an Aaron's again. Ivan is very sketchy and a flat out liar. And their business practices are the worst.

Sure, go there and see if you can get a deal on stuff you want or need. But you won't be able to make it a complete shopping trip. And don't drive a long way to get here. You'll waste your gas.

Laken Rhodes: Nobody cares about this location any more. It's closing in April. Every Tuesday they are marking items less and less. I only went there to do some extra curricular shopping. Nothing I absolutely needed, just wanted. Get stuff while you still can. And even if it doesn't work out, you can always return at another location. So shop on, buy em out, and get your money's worth!
Chad Good: This location is closing it's doors permanently in April. Everything is 25% off but I did notice they raised the price on certain things. It's a shame the local community took to blatantly walking out in groups with shopping carts full causing this closing. So much for convenience.

Greg Bergen: Ever since they learned they are closing all rules have gone out the window. Company policy does not apply tho this store anymore. Everyone else was very rude, even the manager when I spoke with them about the problem I was having. Said to the door greeter that it was the worst customer service I had experienced at Walmart and he laughed and said that's why we are closing.
