Emily Balsbaugh: Went in to get a noisy fan looked at. I was expecting an expensive replacement, with potentially days waiting for parts. Instead, they took it to the back and fixed it in five minutes! Wonderful, professional service, and far less expensive than what I anticipated. Never going anywhere else for computer repairs.
Matthew Lehner: Been here a couple times. One time, I had previously taken a laptop in for repair to C & P Distributing. They charged me a $65 diagnostic fee, only to tell me they had no idea what was wrong with it and that they couldn't fix it. After that, I brought it to Miles (who doesn't charge a diagnostic fee). They fixed it no problem for somewhere in the neighborhood of $100. Other time, I had phone screen replaced. This was completed as one would expect. No complaints, and highly recommended this place.

Todd Wood: Hardie Blake will take great care of all your computer needs, repairs, best selection of hardware in the area hard to find computers and parts that you will not find anywhere but online and when you do find online you will pay ten times as much online as they sell that stuff here at great prices.Bethel Business Machines is veteran owned Business, And from a veterans perspective you couldn't make a better choice in a place to do business.Lastly call ahead to make sure they are open, one man runs the place and has business to do all over the county and isn't always there.

Donovan Lyons: I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I took my PC in for a driver problem. Got it back and took it up to a custom PC shop because it was overheating bad, apparently he unplugged my water pump. 10/10 would not recommend, luckily didn't damage anything or I'd file a lawsuit.

Scott Kreeger: My ssd decided to randomly fail on me during the middle of the work day. I called K computers and was amazed by Maurice's politeness and computer knowledge. He was able to assess the problem, replace the part and install Windows 10 all in a matter of 3 hours. The pricing is more than reasonable and their customer service is phenomenal. If I have computer problems again, I will easily give them a call.

Jason Smith (Patriot in Goggles): I have shopped here before. I got a 1TB HD from them when my old 750 started having overheating issues and would cut out. Service was good.Now to the bad part. Inconsistent hours of operation. I showed up today around 1:30 pm and the sign is off and door is locked. No one in the front part of the store. This has happened multiple times.Some actual hours would help this little store with business.

Skinni Nolast name: This is the worst product i have ever bought. It came quick but 5 days after receipt I had hard drive failure and had to replace it. I disputed the charge and the company said too bad. I have since had to replace the battery and ram. Never do business with this company.

Charlotte Walterhouse: I went in to purchase one thing. The lady checking me out asked me to download the app. It took forever and when I said I needed to go, she took my phone out of hand and told me to wait. She was extremely aggressive about getting me to download this app. I will not be returning to this Staples store for fear of running into cashier Janet again.
John Stockman: Bought an office chair but the seat holes didn't line up so it couldn't be assembled. Hauled it back to the store for an exchange. Manager, Don, said they no longer do exchanges. Don said I could do a return only and the sale price was no longer valid. Said I had to pay $25 more for the same chair.Took the refund. I'll never set foot in that place again. What a rip off. Should have known better than to buy from them. What a crock!I'd give them zero stars if I could!
Nancy: Cory in the print/copy dept. is a rock star!! He helped me print sale signs from my flash drive for our retail store…Office Depot WAS our go to place, but Cory’s customer service, positive attitude, experience and enthusiasm helped me solve problems that were not even attempted by the competitor. I’m going to have him do our store front window screens!
Alicia Manning: Jose and Mitchele are an exceptionally awesome team! They are truly assets to the Staples brand. Both are experts multi-taskers and Jose was the first to greet me as I entered the store. That was noteworthy because I walked by the asst manager and another employee twice before getting to Jose. The other two never stopped their conversation to greet a customer. Jose represented the company with real customer service and a commitment to excellence through his coaching of Mitchele and assistance to me. Thanks Jose!

perlaaa: Horrible service! Bought a cash card to print out something just to waste that money. The current employee that was around didn’t try to help, asked him and all he said was there was a limited time he could help me and didn’t even try to actually help me only raising his voice and getting irritated with me.
R Chest: Had a few non positive interactions with Staples over the past few years. For one thing the rewards program full of loop holes that makes it hard to figure out what to do to earn rewards and very easy to not meet qualifications and loose out. Besides that the most recent glitch was I ordered online for home delivery but I made a huge mistake and sent it to my other address - totally my fault. Literally hours after placing the order I chatted with a 'rep' who assured me they canceled the order and I even got a confirmation of the cancelation. BUT few days later I then get a delivery confirmation too and SURPRISE turns out when the first rep lies and says the order is canceled the second rep says it is UNABLED to be canceled. I could not even go thru UPS to redirect or cancel (UPS Stinks too). So not impressed with the lie - or lack of training - maybe rep was not even in the USA. Regardless 3 stars for all my listed and non listed issues over the past few years.
sas: Manager careles, horrible service, Walmart will do better. Needs a new manger team that will care about service and taking the time to look up need material for future businesses.
alex murray: Placed a order to get business cards made online. Normally they call saying they are ready. No call to tell me they are ready or that their store closes earlier than normal. Bad communication on their part. Waste of a drive for nothing.

Leanne Marcheschi: Went for push pins for a bulletin board but they do not carry them... I thought this was an office supply store? They carry push pins, but not flat thumb tacs. The customer service rep didn’t even care to help me find them and when I told him the ceiling was leaking and there was no basket underneath he acted like he didn’t care saying that it’s leaking everywhere. Then went back to sitting on a stool in the aisle playing on his phone. Went across the street and purchased what I needed at Walgreens.
Alyssa Myers (Aly): It’s a nice store with generally nice employees but most of the time they aren’t that knowledgeable. & most of the time they NEVER have what I need. Especially when it comes to toner. Every time I run out, I call they are out. Luckily Office Depot comes through, every time.

Matthew Lehner: Used to like this place, but it turns out they charge you $65 even if they are unable to come up with a solution or explanation to the problem. I understand diagnosing takes time, but for $65, I do expect an actual diagnosis.So, I took my laptop to Miles Phone and Computer Repair for the exact same issue. They don't charge a diagnostic fee, and they fixed it without any issues.With regard to the owner response:Nope, I had it repaired a week or two after taking it to you. It needed a new keyboard. I just didn't think about updating the review until 8 months later when someone asked me where I had it repaired.
Jennifer McKenzie: I would recommend their services. Very knowledgeable and they help you make the right decisions on upgrades etc.
Joseph Hamilton: I brought my PC to these guys to install a new CPU, and to have my BIOS updated. They told me at the time it could take up to 7 days because of how busy they were. They finished within 4 days. Also, they went above and beyond and took it upon themselves to properly install a SSD drive that I had failed to install properly. I had forgotten about the drive, I had manually installed the drive but I couldn't get the PC to recognize it. These guys are professional and do amazing work and I highly recommend them
