Even though this may have been a smaller job I feel as if Dave treated it with the same importance it was to me. Dave throughout the whole process was very responsive to calls and texts. He showed up when he said he would be onsite, and communicated if anything was possibly going to impact the time frame for the concrete.Dave was extremely professional to work with and I would not regret recommending him for any concrete work to others. Took off work for repair not to be two hours late and in and out in two minutes. Called at least ten times and Jason would not call back, receptionist kept saying she would leave him a message to call us. Had to call A&M to come out and repair, they were excellent and even came back out to check on it on Christmas Eve. Would not recommend 3D to anyone!!! Family Lopez: Have lived in our home for over 20 years. The front porch/step developed a crack overtime. I used another company who tried to inject concrete and this caused the crack to explode. 3D Structural provided a free quote, came as scheduled, and not only tore out the old concrete and installed new, but rebuilt the 2 story front posts on my home. While rain caused a little delay, the workmanship makes up for any extra days they took to replace this concrete porch/step. I'm very pleased with the results.

Tyler Hawkins: 3D Structural Soultions was contracted to level 1 slab of my driveway and part of my sidewalk in Oct. 2011 for close to $600. Within 1 week of the work being completed I could tell that the cement mixture they used was not curing properly in several spots (it rained for several days following and they did not cover any of the areas or tell me I needed to do so). This past summer I had one of the foreman come to my home to assess the situation. He stated that the cement mixture (which I chose over a synthetic grout) was not covered by the 24 month warranty. However, in October 2011 he stated it would be covered for 1 year with the rest of the work. Now in April 2013 my driveway and sidewalk look worse now than they originally did as both have started to sink again and the crack in my sidewalk was made about 3 times bigger to fill in, now 100% of the fill has come out which is the case for nearly every other area they filled including 1 of the 6 holes they bored in my driveway to raise it. In short this was money completely wasted and now I am looking at spending thousands more to have it fixed properly. Never again would I consider 3D Structural Solutions to do any concrete work at my residence.

Miles Media: We did (on our own) some renovations that included removing the old stone tile in front of the fireplace. When we did, it damaged some of the upper stone and mortar of the fireplace itself. So we called Law’s Tru Stone. Law’s was super responsive and Jeremy came out prepared on the first trip to repair the missing stones. It literally looks perfect and matches completely. These guys are the best around…definitely give them a call!

Jeremy made the scheduling very simple, he and his crew were onsite to remove the old steps about a week after we signed the contract.Once the other contractor was done, a quick call with Jeremy got us on the schedule to have both the steps rebuilt and new brick planters installed. Several things really stood out about the work Law's did for us;1. Very responsive and proactive, Jeremy provided regular updates and responded to calls and texts within minutes.2. Attention to detail, his crew clearly takes pride in the finished work, they work hard and have a schedule to meet, but they never rushed! The final result are professional and you would never know that the steps and flower beds were not original to the house. They also straightened up the site at the end of each day so we were still able to access and enjoy our back yard while the work was going on.3. No surprises! We knew when they would be on site and what work would be done. The access to the back yard is off the driveway and they kept their equipment out of the way so we could easily get in and out of the garage.In summary, we got great customer service, timely completion of the job and a finished product that we are pleased to show off to our family and friends.If you are considering masonry or brick work you owe it to yourself to get an estimate from Law's.
