Tashia Brown: I love this place, the shopping and the owner! I always leave feeling like I have shopped with a friend, even asked for her thoughts a couple times on clothes.lolI have MULTIPLE quality outfits from pieces found at her store! I never leave feeling like I've over paid or empty handed! The store is clean and bright. Also, it's not packed so tightly you can't shop either! You can tell she thinks about women of all ages and sizes while she is picking her pieces. You never get that moth ball, musty or "old fashioned" vibe/smell from the stuff she puts out. She also has nice shoes, jewelry and purses! She's always got markdowns mixed in, a clearance section and I think I seen grab bags reciently... Don't skip out, it's never a wasted lunch break when I'm at this store!

Hailiedaniele Kulikowski: Visited for the first time today and I can't believe I didn't go sooner! The store is much bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside, there are four different rooms to look through, and there's something to be found for everyone! The customer service was great, they were very friendly and helpful, and everything was reasonably priced. While I like that it feels like a hidden gem at the moment, I hope more people stop in so I can rest easy knowing this cute thrift shop will be around for years to come.

Brenda vine: First time in this place was looking for a gift for a friend who had surgery so why not buy a second hand item that has some age behind it and that's exactly what I found in this store huge selection of everything from vintage clothing to furniture seen so many different tables and chairs to dressers to small glass items you just really need to stop and look around and I am sure you will find something that you can not leave the store without really nice people who work hear that help you with any questions stop by and find something that you will not regret buying

Jester: If you are looking for a cozy little antique/thrift shop look no further. This place welcomes you with it's everday changing merchandise. It has a very laid back atmosphere and plenty of nooks and crannies to get lost into. Every booth has it's own flavor, I can guarantee you will be walking out of this establishment with some neat stuff. I have never had any issues with staff or customer's, I rate this location a 5 out of 5.

Carah P: My mom shops here all the time and they always help load furniture into her car.Today a young female worker refused saying they could be sued if they accidentally hit her car while loading. My mom then asked for her money back and was told there’d be a 3 day wait before she could get it back and she just literally paid with cash!They told her to use a dolly herself to load it and so she ended up doing that, they didn’t even hold the door for her! She also just had a back surgery, not that it’s their fault but how incredibly rude and unprofessional!I planned on buying a certain thing there but forget it now. Horrible customer service!

If there was somewhere else to sell baby stuff I would go there.
Alexa Gonzalez: I came here in the summer, the lady rudely said she wouldn’t take any of the clothes bc they were winter clothes. I came back (in the winter) with a laundry basket of clothes and she said, “this is way too much” and didn’t bother to look through most of it. She gave me $20 for the stuff she did take and I’m left with a whole basket of winter clothes. She didn’t want the sets I had bc some pieces were different sizes (jacket 2T/pants 24m). She doesn’t accept clothes that are wrinkled so I’m assuming she doesn’t launder or disinfect anything before putting it out. Never coming back here.
Corey Gripado: RUDE!! Sharon who's usually there, is one of the rudest, disrespectful, most ungrateful people I've ever met!! Every time I try to help HER out...and I've given and sold many things here, she's been completely out of line!! I do NOT recommend going to this store. You'll be ridiculed, huffed and puffed at when you bring items in the door, treated like you're supposed to know what she has on her racks for sale!! She lost a great customer and many more to come I hope...after this review. Please take your things elsewhere!! She's not appreciative of anything.

The scent of cigarettes is disgusting and let me not forget to add she yelled at MY TODDLER for trying to play with a toy, I get this is not a play ground but kids will always be kids and of course if they see a toy they’re going to be curious and want to touch it. Save your time and go to Once Upon a Child.
Michelle: I came here to sell and donate some clothes. I have never been here, so I politely stated that and told her what I had. She was rude as could be. She said they only are taking winter clothes, which is understandable as fall is coming up, but she rudely came up to the basket I had, picked up a onesie and dropped it back in there while saying “well these are a wrinkled mess, what makes you think I want them?” Then walked away. I told her sorry for being difficult and sorry if I was rude and she just said “well I guess you didn’t know”, while still walking away. They don’t have a lot of merchandise and I can see why. I highly recommend just taking your items for sale and your money to Once Upon a Child or any other consignment shop. This place is a joke.
Ren Bravo: There's a play area for the kiddos to use while the parents shop but God forbid the little ones use it. Lady at the desk wants it dead quiet in the store and my mom, toddler, baby and I were the ONLY ones in there. So after rudely saying my little one was making "too much noise" with a single toy, we decided to end our shopping and pay for what we had already gathered. Lady then proceeded to throw my change back at me. It's a KIDS consignment shop, there's going to be little ones wanting to explore and it's not like my toddler was a heathen in there.
Michelle Foster: The employees have always been rude here but my experience today takes the cake. I said I had some things to sell if they were interested and she asked what I had. I said I had a few totes of girl clothes and a couple of toddler toys. Very rudely she said, "I don't need any totes of anything. Look around. Do you see how full we are?" Now I've been to this store quite a lot throughout the years and it was the emptiest I've seen it. But anyway, she said they were only taking summer clothes (which I had) so I asked how much she wanted since she didn't want any "totes of anything". She rudely said, "I don't know what you have." I'm not sure how she's supposed to know what I have if she doesn't want me to bring my stuff in for her to look at. I understand if they're not currently buying anything or if they have a minimum amount that they'll accept but why not just say so. Politely. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and left. I don't plan on ever returning.
Ingridh Martinez: I wish I could do no stars this lady was so rude. I asked if she took donations and she was just rude about the whole situation. When I was leaving my son took off his rain boots (he’s a 1year old) and I carried them and she asked me if I was going to pay for them. I told her they were his and she was like “then why are you carrying them outside. Mind you my son was tired and was fussy. I told her he took them off while playing and she was like “bye then.” Basically shooing us as we walked out the door. Like this lady was so rude. Terrible experience. The clothes are all used. It used to be so different when I was younger that’s why I went to visit today. Terrible idea.

Beware of some of these reviews - I agree with a comment before that some of these people have personal vendetta's and should be ashamed of themselves! The owner runs the shop, so yes service can be slow. She can only take what is needed - otherwise she would end up with MOUNTAINS of clothes that no one wants (a reviewer complained that she didn't accept unstained clothes from 0-3 months, as someone who frequents the shop I can tell you they ALWAYS have an ENTIRE WALL lined with this size...idk how many ppl expect her to be able to sell.) One reviewer said here that it smelled like smoke, then in another website says that the owner made fun of a disabled child....with no cross mention in either post. I have never smelled anything offensive in there (besides the same smell that ALL the shops in this older shopping plaza have), and seeing how kind and patient she is with my son and other children find it HIGHLY unlikely that she would EVER speak ill of a customer's child. My ONLY complaint is that all sales are final.
