Kimmy Rivera Cruz: This is the worst company ever! I came here to ship my sister's dog. My sister had to stay as an emergency and wanted her dog. I made the reservation, this place is one hour from me so there I go early to drive over there. Once I get the guy took everything and made the reservation then proceed to say. I don't think this is the proper car for the dog! I went to pet smart and the vet and both of them said it was perfect! But this guy didn't think so. He said come back tomorrow and do another reservation. I go back and drive one hour! I come back at 4am the next day! They were close. I called the 1800 number and they said that Delta will open at 4:30. Ok I waited.. it was 4:50am when finally someone (the same guy) got there to attend us! He said is going to be this much. So I am looking for my purse and I'm trying to look for my card and he says "we only have a minute or we will need to re-schedule!" I was like hello! I been here for 45 mins for someone to attend me and now you saying if I don't hurry up we will need to re-schedule the flight!! Ok so he proceed to charged me again (they still haven't refund the one from yesterday). H said ok you all set. I say ok finally! So I leave, I am paying the parking lot and proceed to the road and I get a call from him: "yes this is so and so from Delta, you need to come back, your dog is barking a lot and we can't have that". I said I just left and pay my parking lot! He said you need to come back. Here I go back! I got there he wasn't in the counter, the dog was fine! No barking or anything! I even took a video! Like what does he mean!? He said I apologize but we cannot ship the dog. She's barking every time someone gets closer and we cannot have that. I was like sir! All dogs bark! This is new to her! She is in a CAGE! He then proceed to cancel the trip so here I go back home driving one hour! I asked to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager!! What a joke! Never again! Please be aware! Rude people!

Tim Burr: Estes just delivered my Diamondback Truck bed cover. They called a few days ahead of time and made the appointment. The delivery was made in the time slot planned. The cover was unloaded and placed in my driveway where my wife specified. Definitely a great experience.

Steve burns: Estes Express delivered our Diamondback truck bed cover. The manufacturer has strapped the carton to a 6' long pallet for shipping. The cover arrived intact and in perfect condition. Delivery communication from Estes was perfect.

Tan Nguyen: My last order that was supposed to be delivered by you guys got rescheduled twice. Both times I was not notified until the end of the day, causing me to waste TWO days off from work. Come to find out, the product was not even in your warehouse. How do you even schedule a delivery when you don't have the product? Now I'm currently waiting on another order from Home Depot that was supposed to arrive between 9am - 1pm today. I called the dispatcher twice, and was told 2pm and then 5 pm. It is now 7pm still with no delivery. I've wasted ANOTHER day off work.

Andrew: Had a delivery scheduled for a week so they had plenty of time to do some due diligence. The day of the delivery came called to see when it’ll be here and they basically said we aren’t required to pickup or call you to let you know we can’t make it. They will make you wait there all day with no heads up. The guy on the phone was disrespectful sounded like he hated his job so he was no help. By far the worst company to deal with. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! They will just disappoint you.
baremare1: Delivery was scheduled for 7/15 between 11 and 3 with a call an hour before. I call at 3:15, was told they were having trouble getting in touch with their driver and would call me when they did. 4:30 I call back, I am then told they have lost my freight and do not know where it is, it was not on the designated trailer and told me they had communicated this to me. They had not. I asked for a call when they located it. They did. It got loaded on the wrong trailer and was back at the hub. They told me they would deliver today between 11 and 3, I asked if they could shore up that time frame. I was initially told no because they did not know what their routes were going to be. I replied that they knew for sure they were coming here and why could they not build their route for the day around my delivery. I was told they could indeed do that and to expect them at 9 am. I had assistance here, called at 9:15, was THEN told I was scheduled for a 12:30 delivery. No communication, nothing. This company is a joke with communicating to a customer. If you don't care when your stuff delivers by all means use them, if you don't care about a schedule, by all means use them. If your expectation is a professional delivery, by all means, call SOMEONE ELSE. It remains to be seen if my freight will show up today. If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would. My time is valuable as is the time of the assistance I have now tried to schedule for them 3 times.....
Livin' Lear: Got a call 3/31/2021 to schedule the delivery for 4/5/2021 between 9am and 1pm. Nothing shows. I call to see what the delay is and cannot get a straight answer. Was told I'd get a call back with an answer in 15 minutes. Three hours goes by and I call again. Was told that the item isn't even out for delivery for today. When I asked when it may show up because it's a large item abs I would like to be here, was told that they'd look into it. Still no answers.
