Cheyenne Rhamy: If I could give no stars I would. Their lack of communication is unreal. They treat everyone differently. My boyfriend is on the program and because they don’t answer their phones or call people back they like to violate him and then say it is his fault for lack of communication. Yet the lack of communication lies on them when he and myself both called and left messages and calls were never returned. So if you ever have to be on this program just be prepared that if you aren’t someone they like they will always do something to say you have violated in one way or another.

Cal Bontrager: I'm still in the program and very thankful, the case managers and other staff are some of the up most respectful people i have ever met and if there's anything going on that you need assistance with they're right there and willing to help you, i give them 5 stars for professionalism, courtesy, respect, ability to work with you on everything, with them your more then a weekly payment, your more then a number or statistic, your a person who made a few mistakes, i would strongly recommend them to anyone

susan smith: If I could give less stars i would. Treament amongst all those in the program isnt equal or fair. The rules obviously dont apply to everyone. So much miscommunication within their system that makes it hard not to violate when youre unaware of whats going on.
