Makenzie: POOR SERVICE. Tried to tell me I had to pay my second cleaning out of pocket because they decided to do a cleaning before my 6 months was up. My insurance wouldn’t pick it up even though they told me on the phone to call my insurance & ask them. Never ONCE DID ANYONE TELL ME MY SECOND CLEANING BE PAID OUT OF POCKET. All the do is nickel & dime you. I will never go back. They’re rude & the upper management is terrible.

Evan Stevenson: I would get them to give you a price before you have any services done. I gave them my insurance like you do all dentists and they told me my insurance was good, they did not say my insurance was out of network and it would be more expensive than if I went to a dentist in network. It is my fault I didn’t find a dentist in network but I feel as if I was taken advantage of when I was hit with a bill of over 500$ for a cleaning. They should have at least told me before hand that I was not in network because 10/10 people would’ve not had the services done and would find another dentist. They were very nice I will say that but when I called to dispute the charges they claimed all they could do was give me a 5$ discount because it’s not their fault they were out of network.

Nancy Phouangmalay: I had a deep cleaning and tooth extraction for my wisdom top and bottom on my left side, Lily and Ms. Ann definitely made me feel better about my teeth and about getting my teeth pulled. Ms. Ann walk me thru the whole entire process. They both made me feel comfortable, listening to Ms. Ann stories and we also laughed a few time too! Overall, these ladies are the sweetest. ❤️❤️ thank you!
Hunnet Band Hean: Wish I could leave negative stars if u must go to this place and I mean if u must please keep your receipts or do what they say I should have and pay with credit card or they will say cameras don’t work and systems have been switched and managers have been switched and u will get bills for things u paid for I must say u guys are terrible I don’t know what’s going on in that fraudulent infrastructure but get it together and I won’t be back to finish the dental plan I can go on and on about what’s wrong on the inside but I’ll stop here
Merrisa ღ: I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and I really do hate going. I had my first appointment here and just for a routine cleaning. The wait time was very quick, maybe about ten minutes. The lobby seemed clean and the receptionist was very friendly. The assistant doing my x-rays was very patient. The process was quick and I'm very happy with all of my results. The doctor took off a calculus bridge spanning three of my teeth and the assistant did a wonderful polish and touch up. Although it was mildly painful and I feel some parts were rough. They accepted my insurance (Medicaid) and I got a free toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste.

Sarah Ward: This place is the WORST! If I could give it negative stars I would. I honestly believe they do not value anyone with Medicaid. I sat for almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment before I was taken back. Then another hour or so before the dentist came in to my room to see me. I had a hole in my very back tooth that was really painful. They wanted to do a root canal on it even though it already had a root canal🤦🏻♀️. It broke because chemo messed up my mouth. She wanted me to wait to reschedule it but my mouth was hurting so bad I said to just pull it. When she went to numb me she did not use any topical first. Stabbed me right in my tongue 3 times. It was awful. She was so rough with my other teeth while pulling it. I thought she was going to break my front teeth. She actually ended up cracking my crown next to the tooth being pulled and refused to fix it for free even though she broke it. The only thing she would do is grind it down so it stopped stabbing me. The worst part of this ordeal is that after the numbing wore off I felt something sharp stabbing my tongue. I went to the ER because the pain was intense and they didn't give anything for pain after my extraction even though I told them I can absolutely not take Ibuprofen because I had colorectal cancer. She then just said it's going to be rough holiday and weekend then. The ER took X-rays and found that she (the dentist) actually cracked my jaw somehow and a piece is stabbing out my gums and poking my tongue. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. I'm a week out from it and my pain is insane. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS JUST THE WORST.

The wait time is always an hour and a half or longer before being called.. they're over booking so the dentist is rushing from room to room and not doing quality work.. definitely no NOT recommend this place!!!!
Carl Daley: Was referred by a friend to this place-horrible mistake! Went for a cleaning, x-ray machine was broken, staff seemed confused. very painful process. I gave them my insurance info as I was leaving and was told I didn't owe anything for the visit. I never received a bill saying otherwise. 2 YEARS LATER I receive a notice from a collection agency telling me that I owe for services and fees for this visit. Called and spoke to their office/ billing department-was told to call back the next day and they kept saying I was sent a bill, tried several times to call them-no response/ goes to voice mail. Pathetic service and I would never recommend this place.
Kelly Jones: Went in with my mask on, to make an appointment. My daughter was needing a ride, convenient trip. I was told i couldn't be in the office. And how am I supposed to schedule since you obviously aren't open during the hours you say you are?Also their website shows handicap access but no handicap parking is available in the lot.My daughter had all of her uppers pulled, over two years ago. She still has NO dentures.Terrible service!

The temporary crown they installed fell out after a week. Installed by a tech (not a dentist-which bothered me) I decided to source another provider they lost my confidence. Do not recommend.

Mary A: I was quoted how much my dental work was going to cost. I paid my copay after each visit. After the 4th visit I was told the insurance would not cover all that they thought and I owed more. Now I didn't have anything unusual done and my insurance is pretty standard so that was a bit irritating. Since that visit I have not been able to chew on my left side. The hygienist is nice enough but the dentist is not pleasant at all so I decided not to back. They have since sent collections after me. 🙄Stay away from this dental office

Jessica Lappin: I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years and my boyfriend in about 10 years, and the people here are simply AMAZING! Bridgette is the bomb, Francine is fantastic and Dr Meda was funny and informative and got me into an endodontist next day for a tooth I had a botched root canal on 4 years ago. We got a game plan for my boyfriend and they did not make him feel bad once, and I took my daughter in this week as well, got her cleaned and scanned for Invisalign now! We don't have insurance and their smile club has already saved us SO much money! I have had almost all bad dentist encounters over my lifetime, but I cannot begin to express my thankfulness for finding this office and how utterly amazing they are here! I can't give enough stars! If you've had terrible dental experiences, this is the office for you!!!!

Lauren Trapp: One of the dentists decided he was going to redo my filling that was not bothering me or showing warning signs because the mirror tooth had some issues with a filling and had to be redone. First tooth turned out fine, second one was causing pain for weeks. Went back and found that it had to be redone AGAIN. It has still been hurting sporadically for months now, but figured it would be ok because i did not want to go back here to get it fixed a third time. Something happened to this filling today when I bit into a hot food and it seemed to pop open and now I'm in pain.They have fairly friendly staff and dentists (except one told my husband his cracked front tooth made him look old , he's 34) I just wouldn't recommend them trusting them with your teeth. 🤷♀️

Well when I reached out to Ireland Park Dentistry they brought me in and immediately made me feel comfortable by not pushing to do anything. Gina (the dental assistant) and Dr. Metzler (the dentist) explored options and gave input on each matter. They let me make the decision as to which way I wanted to move forward.When going through with the work, Gina and Dr. Metzler worked extremely well together, knowing what needed to be done and having everything prepped, and ready to enable a smooth procedure. While working on my teeth they made sure I was aware of what was happening at all times, why it was happening, and put my comfort first.I was so impressed with the level of professionalism by the dental team! As well as the whole dental staff and office as a group. I would highly recommend Ireland Park Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dental home!

Melanie Karner: I have been coming here for years. My entire life I’ve dreaded the dentist. I have TERRIBLE anxiety and typically have to premed for ALL appointments. Dr Kosek has a bedside manner that I’ve never experienced in any profession. He makes you fee like you are number one priority as if you were his own family. The ease it provides clients like me goes above and beyond. Their hygienists are friendly, patient, caring, gentle and understanding. I will never go anywhere else. My only complaint is they do not accept Medicaid so I can’t bring my daughter here. I still rate 10/10!

He's not in our area but it's worth going to his office anyway. Initially I thought he was just for the kids but we were so impressed that my husband and I have gone to him for issues too over the years and had the same excellent service and experience. Dana Moss: I have had a LOT of dentists in my life (I've moved a zillion times) but the folks at Erskine Family are THE BEST I've EVER had by far. I just had two fillings redone in spots that have previously been very painful and problematic for other dentists to deal with. At Erskine, it could not have been a better experience, and the resin fillings look beautiful. They are so skilled, nice, helpful, and organized. Thank you all, and especially Dr. Cocquyt, for your TLC!
Dorothy Scott: I used to go to Erskines but quit over a year ago cause they no longer take MedicaidI have a new. insurance and they don't accept it either. I still have Medicaid. The new insurance is UnitedHealthCare duel. I liked Erskine and would love to go back there but I guess not
