kori Streeter: I wish they would rotate thier stock. I've bought basecoats that prematurely dried up. I returned a matt topcoat that was so dried up and clumpy and upon returning this I was questioned. and then was giving a snippy response on how to store my product. Mind you I had the matt topcoat for 2 days. To sum this all up, I will drive to the Elkhart location. Very helpful and friendly there.

She knew exactly what I was talking about and was even able to tell me what the different size brushes were used for. Which was super nice because I would have bought the wrong size brush.

Karolyn Kirish: I went in with my daughter and were "watched" the entire time. The staff at both local locations are always extremely friendly, but they watch you like you're stealing the entire time and are not good at hiding it. I feel like it has to be what they are trained to do, because it's everyone, every time, every location. My daughter and I certainly don't look suspicious unless you're judging the color of my skin. I love Sally's but I fear I will start to shop online because of the way I am consistently made to feel. I just spent like 50 bucks on nail polish... the same as always. Back away, please. Thanks.
