I have Not entered a Spirit Halloween store in a few years. I noticed the same back then. I just thought I would give them another try. And Nope Disappointed Again. So, Walmart had got my business today. 🤫

Left some personal belongings at the location, tried to call and see if they found it and had a lost and found and after calling 3 different number, being hung up on twice, and waiting for 10-15 minutes, the call center couldn't even get ahold of the store.

Stephanie Pomeroy: Located in the plaza with Kohl's/Pet's Smart location in Mishawaka in the building I can't recall the name of that was recently closed. This store is huge & filled w/ all styles & sizes from small to large. Any type of costume you can think of is available that day with any accessories, decorations or least piece you need to finish your look. Best part is everything I was considering was in stock and avail in my size on 6 diff costumes I was considering. All of this plus the best prices I've seen in years and days before Halloween (unlike all other local stores for last min shopper's such as myself). I purchased 4 costumes from them this year. Two for my kids, one for a friend and then myself. Their store is open later than any other halloween/regular stores in my area and every employee was very kind and helpful! This is the only place we'll use going forward, if they're planning to continue their business there!

Nathan Cox: I would give no stars if was a option. Ordered costume online got someone else’s order. Went to local store to no help. Bought correct one a second time at the store. Have yet to get a refund on the first been told 7 to 14 days since the beginning of October. Worthless company will not be doing business with them anymore. Horrid customer service

Shae Meeks: Staff was VERY helpful when I went in. They also explained why they had no animatronics up the last 2 weeks of business. They get so busy they can’t get over to take them down for customers when they buy them. And with the lines they had I’m not surprised! Everything was in sections so you knew what to look for. Very impressed hope they're in the same space next year! Thank you for all your hard work!

Jeremiah Chism: I love these shops because I love to see scary Halloween decorations and displays set up so we can see them working. This one was a let-down. I know staffing is hard to find and I know people don't want to work but if I can't see how a 200 dollar decoration works I'm not buying it. The costume selection is fine but even the staff have no idea what Wil show up on the shelves. I spoke to one guy. They just open boxes and throw stuff on pegs. Not sure what I was expecting but this is a seasonal thing and the only way for a store like this to survive, they need to inspire Halloween. I didn't feel it this year.
