GE McKinn: Got new cell service and phone today with the company on Western Ave. Talk about "Great Customer Service" this is where you'll find it and the price is minimal. In addition, you get "Free" HBO for 1 year right after activation. Kudos to these guys!!

Jardrea: I came into this newer location after my phone had been stolen. The service I received was excellent from beginning to end. I was greeted when I entered. The young man, Jesse, was friendly and knowledgeable. I left in a much better mood than I was in when I arrived.Update: My stolen phone was recovered and I called customer service to report the news and get it removed off the national blacklist. Five days later I wanted nothing to do with Cricket products or service. After calling in my new phone stopped working. It had now been reported stolen. No one had an explanation. I tried my SIM, the new one, in another phone and magically it stopped working, also reported stolen. I spent 3 days on the phone with Cricket customer service. I talked to 11 different people who all said they had now fixed the problem. Indeed they did, for about an hour and then my service was back off.Finally, in utter frustration, I returned to the store to return my new phone. My 7 day return time frame was almost up and I still did not have a working phone. When I entered I was relieved to see Jesse there. After finishing with his current customers he listened very patiently, despite my being irately dissatisfied. He was just as confused as I was. Instead of just making excuses and giving me the run around he said point blank "I don't know".I was floored by the honesty. He then called his manager who also said he had no idea of how that was possible. Instead of offering me useless options he simply allowed me to return the phone. I appreciate the in-store service I received. Cricket needs to hire more employees like this young man. My online and over the phone service was horrible. Jesse was definitely their only saving grace.

Douglas Johnson: Austin the salesperson at this Ireland road Cricket Store gave me awesome service setting up the Samsung phone I bought there. She was also great on two visits I subsequently made to the store, helping me quickly and expertly.
Jose Granados: This store sold me a defective SIM card and they charge me $92.09. The manager don’t want to return my money.

Moses Yoder: When I bought my phone here I received the best service ever. I wanted a belt holster for my phone and went in here today. Neither one of the employees was wearing a mask. While he was looking for my belt holster the employee zipped up his pants. He put my screen protector on crooked, I could have done the job better myself. They worked a long time to get my old screen protector off; you would they they would know how to do that. They used their car keys to take a knife apart so they coulld get a razor blade. Like I said; when I bought my phone I received the best service from the lady that was there that I have ever gotten anywhere. Today I received the worst service.

Ronda May: Had a bad SIM card and had spent hours with customer service trying to figure out the problem. Larry figured it out super fast and easy. Was in and out with a working phone and very happy!4 stars because they had a DJ playing beats in the store, which is cool and inviting, but it was too loud to have an easy conversation. Felt like I had to raise my voice the entire time.
