Low Brass Hill: what do users think?
J. G: People who dis Indiana’s landscape need to visit Low Brass Hill. Memorable views. Wish I could have stayed longer. I’m going to look into renting one of those cabins next time.
Brian Kubicki: Normally, my favorite spot in this area is the throws area near the track. But one night, I heard the echoes of a tuba accompanying a tenor sax. Maybe it was two tubas. Regardless, I had to investigate and came upon this hill. You can feel the history. It is moving. The views are life changing. (See the photo.) I think this was one of the hills that Led Zeppelin sang about in "Over the Hills and Far Away." I cannot recommend this hill highly enough.
Ealin Kubicki: A truly inspiring location. This hill really makes you feel like low brass.
Samario: This hill is truly amazing.
AmyMaybe: A wonderful way to feel taller
Ben Brubaker: I found this hill while walking around last week. I agree with the other reviews. This is truly a gem in the Southeast Neighborhood. On a cool summer evening, you can still hear the soothing sounds of the low brass. Listen carefully and you might hear the faint sounds of "In the Hall of the Mountain King" or "Emerald isles". Legend has it that many a young brass player has cleaned their spit from their horns on this very spot.
Braylon Shambry: Very exciting hill!
Derek V: Very nice hill👌🏼Visited on Weekday …More
CODY ANDIS: Absolutely legendary hill. If you get the chance to visit, it's worth it.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Price for adult entry Free …More
danny orourke: A truly remarkable sight to see. The sights here were so amazing that I visited the hill probably 4 different days! Over the summer the lovely deep sounds that resonate from the hill will truly soothe the soul. Perhaps the best landmark this side of the Mississippi.
Mexican Man1999: Legendary spot, aquí es donde conocí a mis compañeros de la sección. يجعلني أبكي في كل مرة أرى فيها هذا التل. 美好的過去.
Mason c: I remember back in my youngin days this used to be the hill to rave with low brass at.
Alex Ruch: Best hill for the best low brass section.
Conor Fletcher: One of the best hills of Indiana. You can see so much. Legend has it you can still hear the echos of the low brass playing on a silent night. Would recommend visiting.
Alpha1FiveCAV: Legendary.
Random TikTacToes: good hill, good view of the landscape
Tai Crabtree: Amazing hill with an amazing history. Its rare for a landmark, especially in Indiana to truly take my breath away, but the history of the follow the leader while simultaneously using your breath to blow into an instrument took my breath away. My personal favorite location in South Bend.
Orrin Pollock: Don't visit on Wednesdays as the trunpet section is there on Wednesdays :(
