Ionic Fresh was able to get me in not even 24hrs later when I contacted them which is awesome! And they were more affordable then the other companies I was looking at. The 2 employees that did the service were so chill and confident that the smell would be lifted from my sofa-which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They were transparent about the odor getting worse before it got better (for a day or so) which they explained was because the products were lifting and breaking down the urine. Bronson and Tyler called when they were about 30 minutes away to let me know when they would arrive, and they were right on time. Tyler remembered being in our home from the year before! They worked steadily to clean the carpet in several rooms, as well as three pieces of upholstered furniture, in about 2 hours. The carpets look and feel great and, best of all, they got the musty smell out of our sofa. Bronson and Tyler were friendly, informative, respectful of our home, and quite unobtrusive considering the big job they were doing. Chem-Dry is top-notch!--My entire experience with Chem-Dry has been fantastic, from booking an appointment (easy to do online), to chatting with Linda from the office as she called to get more details about the areas I needed cleaned, to the confirmation/reminder the day before of my appointment, to actually having Drew and Tyler come to my home to perform the service. Drew and Tyler were prompt, friendly, and took great care of my home. They measured all the areas I'd asked to have cleaned and presented me with a total cost for me to approve before they started any work. They presented me with several "price tiers" for the carpet cleaning/treatment, but didn't make me feel pressured to choose the costlier ones. Once they got to work, they were thorough and efficient. Drew kept me updated throughout their time here as to what they had just finished and what they would be doing next. They were careful moving their hoses and equipment through the house so as not to bump furniture or track over already-cleaned areas. Drew made sure I knew that the cleaning products they were using were safe for my dogs to be around. They got out multiple carpet stains from 2 people and 2 dogs being cooped up in the house for most of the past year+ - muddy paw prints, coffee and iced tea stains, etc. Bottom line: my floors look, feel, and smell great, and Drew and Tyler were really pleasant guys to have working in my house for several hours.
