I've been home all day and no one has been here to deliver anything. Tracked online, and someone who I never heard of signed for the delivery. Was unable to get ahold of anyone at the shipping company, so now I have to wait .Oh and no one called to tell me it was delivering a day early.

The young blonde girl at the counter was totally out of her league, she couldn't offer any solutions anything to help just sat there like a deer in the headlights lights and honestly not real happy to be there, kind of a chip on her shoulder. Basically she was completely useless.

Kyler Laird: I flew in yesterday. Through a combination of my mistake and a lighting problem, I ended up leaving the plane at a late hour to take an Uber ride home. I didn't realize how late it was until the lone lineman followed me to unlock the door. He had waited on me well past closing time without saying a word! I felt terrible about keeping him (I could have just waited outside.) but he was so kind about it.Beyond the great service, the facility is beautiful. Highly recommended.

She also mentioned that if you have them make the reservation, they can resolve stuff like this before you arrive

One of the nicest FBO facilities of the region, and a great courtesy vehicle.The customer service is wonderful, and makes every effort to provide great service and correct any issues.They have an awesome lobby area with a huge projector screen, a wonderful snack/drink kitchenette that is usually kept well stocked, a good flight planning area, and a quiet and super comfy crew rest lounge.I do recommend to all of my colleagues to stop in at Corporate Wings at least once to give it a try. They usually thank me later.
