Nathan Little: The local distribution center has, on numerous occasions, damaged or lost shipments. Every time it happens they do not communicate other than to change shipment status to pending the night after it was supposed to be delivered or the next day.

akash chittari: Worst shipment service ever. They leave a door tag and option to leave a note. I left a note saying that come to the other door and knock to deliver or Text me and I gave out the number if I am not home. They placed another door tag ignoring all the notes that are on first door tag. They have hard time doing bare minimum of reading the notes which THEY have created a space for.

Joe Mosier: I have not had any luck using FedEx. Never on time, Not good for a business if you relied on them for a next day shipment. Now I tell my suppliers to ship ONLY UPS for my packages

Andre Gilbert: I attempted to pick up an item that was ready this morning. I get to the facility well past 9 AM and the customer entrance is locked. There was no signage indicating alternate hours either. I called support and they verified the location opened at 9 AM but there was no response at this location.

Lisa Edgar: Today is Wednesday Nov 2 We have been waiting since Thursday October 27 for a delivery. We have done nothing but get the run around as to why we haven’t received it. First it was on Thursday a delivery attempt was made but no one was home which we can prove never happened. Then we were told it would be back out for delivery on Friday - that didn’t happen. Then we were told it would be out for delivery on Saturday but that didn’t happen due to a bar-code error but it would be out for delivery on Monday. That didn’t happen due to the bar-code error. We were told yesterday (Tuesday November 1) that it would be delivered today BUT according to tracking info there is still an exception which means we STILL won’t get the package today. Oh and did I mention— I am unable to call the station directly because FED EX customer service can’t give out the phone number because it’s an “internal” number????The only reason FED EX is involved with this package is because it was a 3rd party ship. We ordered from Amazon and their supplier shipped it FED EX — otherwise we never would have purchased it because we ALWAYS have issues with FED EX!! We don’t buy anything if we KNOW it is going to ship FED EX

J. hathaway: Paid for overnight and 8 days later still not here. Fedex is the worst shipping company in history. Again, another overnight shipment 4 days late. Why can it say out for delivery and they never actually attempt to deliver it before the driver just calls it a day and goes home?

Karen Mann: Every time I have had a live reptile shipped to this local FedEx hub they have always put the shipping package in a warmer room until I get there. Above and beyond service!
