But three times I’ve gone to this store and the cashiers have forgotten to take the security device off an apparel item I bought . So I have to drive back to the store and have them do it . It’s not my job to make sure you remove it. Just make sure you watch them check out your items .

She said well no because they’re in a box in the back.. just didn’t feel the great customer service, I’ve worked in retail so I get it.. but the least she could of done was try to grab me one out the box if the site states they are available for p/u.. went to Dunhams and was able to find one with no issues

Christopher Rimes: One of the stores I will never be shopping at again we spend around $500 here almost every year for the kids sports stuff and they don’t seem to care that they sold us a $79.00 defective bat that was dented beyond use after 2 games by my 8 year old daughter! And all they could say was that it’s not their fault and we have to contact Easton to get it replaced. Well I will not be buying over priced garbage at this store ever again very disappointed and terrible customer service from people that don’t stand behind the products they sale. We bought my 10 year old son a bat at Walmart that he has used for 3 years dent free for half the price. That is were I will be shopping for sports items from now on!

Tony Husted: We love Michiana Archery! Our girls really enjoy the kids shoot on Tuesday nights, and have earned several badges. They did a couple of weeks of their summer archery camp, and had a blast. The pricing for the summer camp was great, and it really improved their shooting. The whole staff is attentive, and knows their stuff. Even the volunteers are great. My only complaint is that our house isn't closer to them so we could visit more, but that is my problem, not theirs.

Garrick Eccles: I started going to Michiana archery this year. Henry is a stand up guy who wants nothing more than to help his customers and continue to promote archery as a sport, recreation, or hunting. I bought a used bow which they re-strung, added a peep, and fit to me. Henry also gave my 4.5 year old his first archery lesson, both of them had a great time. The prices are quite fair, being within a few dollars of Amazon, cheaper in some cases or barely more expensive in others which is easily worth supporting the local service you'll get here. Compared to the competitive store up the road, you can easily tell they care about their customers instead of turning the biggest profit they can.

Josh Nolt: Very average to mediocre service, professionalism. As far as how good they are I don’t even know because I never made it that far to give them any of my work. Lol If you’re a beginner they might not be a bad option for you. If you’re a more advanced archer there not a high end bow shop from my observation. I had a very simple question for them over the phone and they snubbed me off like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He kept saying bring it in. Answer my question and I will bring it in buddy. Give me your service and I’ll give you mine not the other way around. They seem to treat everyone as an inferior archer to them. They think they are the best and everybody else is only amateur at best. Definitely recommend burkholder archery. Go there and ask for Loren.

Jeffrey Bundy: Stopped in to look at bows available there. Henry was great helped me pick out a new Mathews and had the pro shop set it up. Awesome staff and couldn't be happier with it. Also watched them work with a few new archers and was impressed with the patience they had. Safety first here and knowledge is well shared. Thank you and the staff.

anand kumar: Good place for archery. I brought Hoyt Compound bow from them and staff are very friendly and experienced. I recommend them for archery training and equipment.

Jonathan Taylor: It’s nice that they will do trade in on bows. I will not let them setup another one of my bows. I had a draw stop fall off while shooting, a week before an out of state hunt. Also it was very dangerous when it happened. It was in the middle of pulling the bow back. They fixed it and blamed it on the old technician. I went to another bow shop and they found that my peep sight wasn’t tied in also.
