It's no Equinix but where they lack in the "bells and whistles" department they definitely make up with their customer service, bandwidth and price. I have made some strange requests at this data center and they are always open minded and helpful. I will stick with them as long as they will have me.As another reviewer said, you do seldom get info on an outage pushed out to you, but if you reach out to them via their ticket or on-call system they respond quickly. Again bells and whistles. I would be more than happy to setup a status page for you guys and maintain it for some hosting discounts lol.Long story short, they have reliable HVAC, Power, Network, and customer service. These are the core requirements of a data center that I look for and they check all of the boxes.

Mike Hickey: Great rates for a data center. The employees try help as much as possible and rarely charge for repairs. Honestly they should charge more for instant repairs.

Matthew Lehner: Been here a couple times. One time, I had previously taken a laptop in for repair to C & P Distributing. They charged me a $65 diagnostic fee, only to tell me they had no idea what was wrong with it and that they couldn't fix it. After that, I brought it to Miles (who doesn't charge a diagnostic fee). They fixed it no problem for somewhere in the neighborhood of $100. Other time, I had phone screen replaced. This was completed as one would expect. No complaints, and highly recommended this place.
