Shane Black: I was not informed there was a no returns (I actually only wanted to exchange). The receipt says nothing about no returns no exchanges. I returned less than a week later with ALL my paperwork and packaging. I received nothing but attitude from the woman who originally sold it to me. I have submit 4 different requests to file a complaint on their website that claims to have "24 hour 7 days a week" representatives available yet It's been over 3 days and no one has contacted me. If I could put ZERO (0) stars I would. Hopefully this review gets their damn attention.

Butterfly “Butterfly” Butterfly: These individuals are very efficient and positive. We deal with this site for my mother-in-law and they had delivery and set up her bed in no time flat. They are the ones who deliver her ensure and everyone I talk to is so helpful and can take care of your needs quickly. I recommend Alick's to everyone with a loved one who needs medical supplies.

Debra Marshall: I have had so many calls from them asking the same questions. It gets old when they call every week asking the same things. I got new supplies for my c-pap, a week later someone calls me asking if I need new supplies. Customer service is bad.

Jodie Pine: We rented a modular wheelchair ramp for a month after my son's surgery and had such a positive experience with the staff at Alick's Home Medical. Linda in the office was super friendly and helpful in the process and Arlus did an amazing job--above and beyond--with the installation and dismantling of the ramp. We also just took my son's wheelchair in today to tighten his brakes and the service was quick and just what we needed. We have been very pleased and highly recommend Alick's Home Medical.

Shannon Luketich: I use a CPAP for severe sleep apnea. My doctor wrote a prescription earlier this year for a new machine and supplies. I got the machine and for the first few months the supplies but then my doctor retired so now they are refusing to send me the monthly supplies. So my face mask leaks because the seal is worn, the filters are filthy, the hose is filthy and the head gear is stretched out. Apparently, even though the prescriptions from my retired doctor for my medications are still good, Alick’s takes it upon themselves to withhold necessary medical equipment if your doctor retires. They tried blaming my insurance company whom I have called and the insurance company said that he was a licensed physician when he wrote the prescription and as long as it was within the last year it’s good. I have been actively seeking a doctor but in my area you have to wait several weeks to months before you can get an appointment. In the meantime I just have to hope that I don’t get any infections from using equipment that should be replaced every month. Thank you, Alick’s, for adding more stress to an already stressful situation. When I do finally get an appointment I will not be returning as a customer as I have requested a list of medical supplies providers from my insurance. I’ll drive hours for supplies before you get another penny of my money.

He was knowledgeable about where to place the chair lifts and thoroughly explained the types of lifts available. He worked well with the VA to make sure there was a timely quote.The prices were reasonable enough that I purchased a lift for the basement stairs which the VA wasn’t able to cover. I also like the fact that this company works with more than one manufacturer.Gavin was back for the installation which put us at ease. His associate Alex was also there for installation. They were very professional and had both lifts installed in less than 2 hours. Gavin gave thorough instructions on how to use and care for the lifts. He made sure my parents knew how to safely use the lifts before he left.I highly recommend NS&M. Make sure you ask for Gavin if you live in the South Bend, Indiana area.

This is the exact behavior that led to my review. Follow-up is optional or non-existent on their part. You will always be chasing them down for answers. This is their culture.

Jim Fuehrmeyer: NS&M did a bathroom remodeling for us - to make it fully accessible. The work was done on time, on budget and everything was cleaned up daily. Ryan Stamm, the project manager, was excellent and the workers, all from Reinhardt Construction, were superb craftsmen. We could not be happier.
