Brain Injury Caregivers Indiana: This organization is not pleasant to work with in my experience. Calling their number leads you to a list of names and extensions, however if you don't know who you are calling for it does nothing for you. When I expressed this to an HR employee, who answered the extension I used to speak to someone, and how it would make it difficult for anyone calling for information she simply said "well that's why you would have a name you are calling to speak to" I explained I do not have a name only a service that I'm looking to get info on, and that the website does not provide a contact name either, so it seems to prevent people from speaking to anyone. Her only response was "Well you should have a name" So I ask... how is one expected to get a name?? Most unhelpful and unprofessional especially for a program that is geared towards helping those with disabilities. Will not recommend to clients.

Sherri Melendez-Ziemer: I had nothing but the best HELP and support for myself and my daughter. I will not give out names but this woman was PHENOMENAL for us. I THANK YOU.

Sean Harms: She, actually, came in and advocated for the school, just shaking her head "yes" to everything they said. She only talked to us ONE TIME before the IEP(to set up the meeting), and asked us, basically, NOTHING, and gave us NO ADVICE. I, actually, felt dumber concerning knowing how to advocate for my autistic child, after her "help".

Kurt Lehman (The Garage Door Guy): After nearly 2 years of trying to get an IEP in place for my daughter, I was informed by my child's doctors that InSource was here to help with the process. At the time I was pleased to learn of this organization because of the long road we've traveled to get the educational help in place that we felt our daughter needed and deserved. Long story short, I contacted InSource and shared our story with a case worker and was instructed to have records and information released to their organization. The case worker and myself kept in contact via phone conversations and e-mail. Once it came down to schedule an appointment with the school for a Case Conference Committee meeting my InSource case worker had me gather multiple dates and times that would work for the school, so she could either attend the meeting or join in via telephone conference. Through e-mail the case worker confirmed a date and time that she was available and replied that she would "pencil" the meeting in. When the date and time arrived for our meeting, this case worker was a No Show or Call or Email. There was zero communication from her at all. Basically, it came down to the meeting taking place with out representation from InSource. I am very disappointed with this organization and their unprofessionalism. This is one of those "How dare you" moments. If I could leave a zero rating I would, unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating!

Spring summer Fall winter: I had benchmark help me with my finances it was good then I was lied to and stole from.yes they. Do help there clients by getting them to Drs appointments and making sure bills are paid .meds are right but I can say they have only 2 honest employees one works with my hubby and the other works at the front desk.both are sweet proffessinal caring young ladies.so thank you to both of them.

Silvya Blair: I worked in management. It was Awful and they over worked you. I had to do overnights and still be expected to work in the office as a Program Director. They added work all the time. As for the clients they had staff stealing from them and sleeping on the Job. Pay was worst ever than any other company. The staff did there laundry at the group homes and the homes are not In good shape. The Director had no clue about what it took to work with clients at all, he always delegated but never was at the homes or spoke to the clients he sat in his office all day. Also, he was prejudice to women and fired most of them who were heavy as well.

Cheryl Bradford: I am so grateful for the help and kind people who are helping me at Real Services. Like many others, I have a fixed income and some disabilities, and honestly don't know what I would do without them. I have a caregiver who helps me stay on top of so many things. I have meals on wheels. They are helping me get a lift chair. My case manager Darcy, is a.God sent Angel, she understands and listens to me. I honestly don't know if I would have hung in there, if the hadn't stepped in to help. Wonderful Angels.

Phillip Hensley (Phensley): I gave Real Services another chance.I talked with a women named Julie whom told me she was the director.She immediately came to my aid. Going out of her way to bring me food out her own pocket, I didn't expect that.It was a welcome change from anyone else I'd ever talked to there. I applied for transportation, now here's the problem some of those working there are in the wrong vocation .I have withdrawn my spot from transportation due to lack of faith in the person whom runs it. I have been informed by Cory Zipca director of The Southbend ERF, that Real Services has the resources to help me with an immediate need.I called them yesterday we will see how this one pans out.,

Cynthia Marvin: Real Services has been here for the South Bend community. Serving our Senior Citizens and the impoverished with meals and heating cost assistance and much more. Project safe is a moratorium of disconnection on utilitie bills due to our cold winters. This program is usually in play from November till March. Keeping families safe from harsh cold winters. Applications are available by calling Real Services. And only once approved, are you covered by the moratorium Project Safe.
