Ken Van Nevel: I was home when they supposedly attempted to deliver my package. The delivery slip was wadded up and on the ground. I picked it up thinking it was trash I then called the 800 number. They don't make it easy to get a delivery. I drove out to the UPS store at the airport to get the package. I'm not Happy with UPS. I would consider not using them in the future.

Laura Cox: Needed to make an Amazon return. There was no attendant around to assist me. Finally, after about 15 minutes of waiting, an employee opened the window and began taking care of the people that had gathered. If the attendant was busy in the back, it would have saved a lot of aggravation and wondering, if they had placed a note on the counter stating that. I had no idea what to do and was not just going to leave my package on the conveyor with the hope that it would be properly returned. The Lady that did finally help me, was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Hong Vi: So I had this big packages from amazon and its expensive, so I requested UPS to hold it for pick up on Monday. They hold only 1 of 4 packages and deliver the other 3 leave it in the front door. The only package they hold at the office for me to pick up, I was never ask for an ID all I did was said the name. Very disappointed.

joe white: Two different drivers out of this Amazon ship center have sped through my long and curvy, narrow gravel driveway despite several signs posting a slow and safe speed. They even ignored the speedbumps that usually help to alert drivers. The drivers out of this Amazon Distribution Hub need to be taught to respect the private properties that they are ingress/egressing.

Jason Nicodemus: National Freight in South Bend Indiana is the absolute worst work environment I have ever seen. Sid Brown CEO would be mortified if he was a fly inside his four walls observing what I have. The management is horrible under Pat G and if you are wondering if this is a great place to work I will tell you first hand that it is not.I was lied to about a bonus that never paid out even though it was promised at my pre-hire interviews and again at my 6 month review. Manager Pat Gigliotti will not accept responsibility for her own failures and pushes blame on everyone below her and trust me you will always be treated like you are below her. The turnover rate here reflects the poor management of this facility, it is surprising that NFI Corporate hasnt investigated the accounting, business and ethical practices of this facility and its leadership.There are a lot of good employees here (that I absolutely loved working with) being held down by the manager/s of this facility. You can move up but only if you go with the program falsifying documents and doing whatever it takes to make Pat G look good for the show she puts on for the big bosses and so she gets her BIG bonuses.I was here a year and one month terminated over a email I sent to Dan Friley which is the area manager of this company trying to get resolve for a issue was having with Pat G not communicating about a business related issue. One hand will wash the other here but the good employees working here know the real truth and what happens if you make a ripple in the managements pond. Best of luck for you!
