(Drawing up a POA, legal limits for gifting of monies to children, etc)The receptionist was rude and my previous review explained how she basically tried to dissuade me from using this law firm several times during my call and basically dismissed each of my inquiries & sent me on my way to other firms, after rudely telling me to try to, seek counsel in my mother's town of less than 5000, 15 miles away from the metro area....After the attorney's unapologetic and terse response, I'm quite glad that they dissuaded me from using their firm for our estate planning needs!The attorney is obviously very much a part of the rude culture prevalent there and unapologetically, not only condones, but perpetuates such treatment of potential clients... I only cringe to think how they treat you after they get your moneyI'm very glad now that i was so rudely routed elsewhere!!!

AND she neglected to file a reaffirmation paper which is resulting in issues that were totally preventable had she filed what she requested and what her client had signed. They are in the process of trying to figure that situation out currently, which she is requesting additional payment

karissa mccallum: First off she never answers the phone, literally takes 2 days for a reply if she even reply’s. She has people working for her that have no idea about anything. She doesn’t file all the paperwork so then it fall’s on you. Then when asked if she can fix the problem she made, she needs more money, I don’t think that’s how it works I paid the first time and she couldn’t do it right the first time so why would I pay for her mistake. Place is a joke!

Stephanie L Miller: I would not rate with 1 star, if given the choice. I hired this firm, paid my balance in full after the consultation. Communication from beginning was lacking. There would be weeks in-between responses and obviously they deal in time sensitive materials. The only time I received an immediate response was after 14 days of nothing, I copied the attorney on an email requesting someone communicate with me. I have provided all requested documentation within a 24 hour period of when it was requested. My final requirement was a copy of my 2018 tax returns, which I provided the day before it was officially requested by the Trustee; then received a formal letter from Trustee that was emailed by a paralegal who works for MM Law requested the returns. At that point, I had been waiting a week for correspondence regarding a correct attorney code for my final BK class. After I forwarded the email where I provided my returns a week prior, and AGAIN requested a correct attorney code; I waited 23 days and received no response; so I completed the course without the correct attorney code and forwarded the completion receipt. 5 days later, I received a warning from the trustee stating my bankruptcy could be dismissed entirely if I did not complete the class within 45 days of my original creditor meeting. (Which had been rescheduled 4 times). At this point, I have not received communication from this firm since February 12th, 2019- and have emailed them twice with pertinent information and questions.My attorney was GREAT! Dan went over everything in great detail and had no issues explaining things I questioned or was unsure about.Bankruptcy is not something people file in a proud manner. It was a learning experience for me and one I will do anything to not have to repeat in my lifetime. I am disheartened and upset that the firm I chose, which was far more expensive than the first attorney I consulted with; chose to deliver this type of service and care for their clients. Especially a client that paid every penny up front, with no payment arrangement.I will not be recommending this firm to anyone who confides that they may be looking to file Bankruptcy; or for any legal service they may need.

Yolanda Campbell: Although the staff seemed very knowledgeable and mostly polite. I paid for advanced services in anticipation of future services, I thought the lawyer is usually required to keep the money in a client trust account which is my money so I thought. The lawyer has a right to withdraw the money after the fees are “earned” by the lawyer. The lawyer and I agreed on approx $500 in fees and the rest would be a refund of approx $1000 I requested a refund approx 30 days ago as of tomorrow and I called today and got nothing but the excuse give us more time were busy with trials. Understandable but you were paid for your work partial refund owed or not. I was a client as well. Remember every customer is equal not just the one that's paying you right this moment- Yolanda .C

After I explained to him why that was not look lawful, he filled a motion to reconsider. I was unaware of this motion and it proved to be effective. The judge overturned their decision and motion was granted. Very professional.

Neil Fryman: Hired Mario for a custody case. Mario and Jessica were efficient, caring, and believed in me. Mario is well-respected in the courtroom. With the help of the firm I received full permanent custody of my daughter (and I’m a male), this proves that the court favors the best parent not the woman automatically. Mario did not show any doubt throughout my case and believed we would receive what we were looking for. Money well spent and it was much more responsible than other lawyers I looked into.

I’m not sure how he’s even still allowed to practice after so many people have had the same experience from what I’m now hearing! When i called this attorney’s office i was met with insane aggression for simply asking questions about my families property that he's holding on to. Brittany Kidd: Not a good experience with Campiti. My calls and emails weren't responded to, for months on end, over and over. He failed to show up to multiple hearings and meetings (wouldn't show up or called last minute to cancel). He did not fight for rights of me and my child as victims of domestic violence. My divorce took 2.5 yrs to be finalized even though we had ZERO assets. I wouldn't recommend Campiti to anyone.

Layla Menna: Insane!! Hired him and years go by before he does anything. Had a warrant for my arrest in a divorce case because he just didn't show up. I begged, I yelled, he said he would fix it then told me to pat him even more to get me out of the hole he put me in. Terrible criminal!

Maybe he used to be good or maybe they just had better luck. For me, he was unprofessional, rude, did not reply to emails or messages until I would basically threaten to fire him, then he would reply. He did not complete tasks in a timely manner and overall was rude and disrespectful. He was always full of excuses for why he was not responding for weeks at a time. I am not one to write reviews but his lack of service and unprofessional manners def makes me want to warn people. Do not use Campiti!
