loreal murray: I really loved taking my dog here, but this was the second time I was dissatisfied with the service and my puppy was injured while getting groomed. Needless to say I can't bring him back to Serenity pet spa, nor can I recommend this place.
Marcia Tatay: They take such wonderful care of our dog. She's a pit mix, has sensitive skin, and she does not tolerate even the slightest discomfort but she loves going to see Monica. And smells amazing for so long after.

Fern ThePlant: They always take care of my boy! Prices vary with size of the dog. I have a bernedoodle, he is around 70lbs and for a full bath, ear trim/cleaning, cut, and nails cost me $120 and then some with tip. It’s pricey, but my pup loves seeing them.

Estaba muy asustada porque era primera vez que la dejaba con personas desconocidas, además de que ella está muy consentida, así que tenía miedo que no se adaptara! Desde el principio el personal me trató muy bien y a ella con mucho cariño, llame todos los dias para preguntar por ella y todas las veces que respondieron receptivamente! Cuando la recogí estaba muy feliz de verme, brincaba de la emoción, y yo más feliz de ver que se encontraba en perfecto estado, peinada como la entregue, no olía mal, en su peso (hay perros que rebajan porque se deprimen y no comen) en conclusión le fue muy bien en este local! Por eso lo recomiendo y les agradezco mucho por tratar tan bien a mi niña Lola!
Grace P: Serenity is just the best! My dog Holly uses their daycare and grooming services and we couldn’t be happier with both. Nothing gets Holly as excited as going to daycare. The staff is incredible and always so friendly and accommodating. They do a great job with grooming as well! Highly recommend!!!

Janet Ponte: I was looking for boarding for my two dogs with a little aniexty about it.They have not left my side for last five years except for 4 indivudal times in those years when we did an overnight stay.I can assure you by the time I finished talking to Haley I was impressed with her personality and and her serenity.They will be with her for five nights in November and I feel very comfortable leaving them in her care.

Katie Stout: I’m from out of state, and I was a little put-off by the building’s lack of curb appeal. My dog fought me to go in, which is not normal and I was nervous to leave him there but the staff was so understanding of his needs and anxiety.. When I picked him up they showed me pictures from the day & told me which dogs he played with and how much he ate. My dog was in such a good mood, I can tell that he was happy and comfortable, and he genuinely had a great day at Serenity Pet Spaw. These people truly care about the animals and I feel very comfortable knowing my dog is safe and happy with them. We will return every time we are in town ❤️

Herschel Layman: Staff here are so friendly and they are like dog whisperers. We bring our old grumpy dog here who can be a bit temperamental, and they always do so well with him. On top of that he comes home looking and smelling so clean and with well trimmed nails.I highly recommend Serenity Pet Spaw for their skilled & professional service and friendly staff.

Kevin Kim: It’s our go to pet hotel whenever we go to places! We always make sure to book well in advance especially for holidays. The staff are always loving and friendly to our animals which is what matters! They made sure our dog Koda wasn’t cooped up in his cage like a prisoner and had time to go play with other dogs and actually enjoy his stay too! Kryder isn’t the closest to us but we always come here because we know he’ll be taken care of!
Kelley Garing: AMAZING prices!! Recently switched, VERY happy with the cost of daycare and the staff is super friendly, clean! Love that they obviously care to keep it tidy, but it is heavy on bleach smell, that is a little concerning, not sure that’s is great for the animals or humans.Overall would recommend!

Emily Stump: I take my dog here for daycare, boarding, bath, and nail trim! The staff is always so kind to her and memorized her name and meds, feeders, etc. so quickly! I’m hoping with the new vet office they’ll make some upgrades to the hotel as well. I’d love access to a camera to see my dog throughout her stay as I know other facilities have that.

They called me immediately an apologize and gave us a refund for what we paid for our dog staying with them.Sometimes you feel the urge to expose all that bad experiences but never take time to say when somebody is trying to make it up to you and they did!

We brought our German Shepherd here for boarding when she was still with us, and now we are incredibly thankful that they're able to watch our guinea pig for us while we're on a long vacation! They even posted a couple pictures of him on their Instagram story and replied to my daughter's message of how much they love him!! ❤ We will be forever grateful and loyal to them!!

Raymond Tolosa: Overcharged, states 35 a day per dog, 8am-6pm charged the clients 115 for 2 dogs that were there 10 am to 6pm.
Josh boyd: Would NEVER recommend this company to take care of any of my animals. The other day, I called last minute to see if there was room for my two dogs for the day, because of last minute circumstances. On the phone they said there was room, which was awesome given our situation. When we went to pick up our two dogs,they had charged us for boarding instead of daycare. When I had called just recently, the CSR that had answered my phone call had even stated that there is a significant difference in cost between the two amounts. I had asked if there was anything they could do, since THEY had not given the option of daycare. Which in the end is their problem. A consumer should not have to pay the price for a businesses mistake. All in all this is terrible business practice.
Amanda Amweg: I walked in to get more information and no one was in the lobby I waited 20 minutes for some one.while I waited all I could hear was a man screaming at a dog. Dogs barking and crying and what sounded like a dog fight. They clearly don't know how to train dogs or speak to them. I ask how many were certified in dog training and got the run around. I am not taking my dog hear I want my dog treated with respect and they clearly don't.

Megan Capiak: I highly recommend Hal at Bunk & Biscuit for any of your dog training needs! I took my 8 month old puppy in and Hal transformed him over a two week period. You can tell that he and the staff are all very passionate about what they do. My dog not only LOVED going there, but after two weeks, was trained and obedient. Hal works closely with you and your specific needs and walks you through the commands/training he has been working on so you can practice at home. If you need any assistance with training and transforming your pup, look no further!
Jessica: This is hands down the best pet boarding facility in the world!🤩 You can tell each tech is a true animal lover. Our English Bulldog, Rockne, spends multiple weekends there during the summer & we know, without a doubt, that he is being VERY well cared for. Their website is super informative if you have any questions. Whether it's a phone call or email, they are VERY quick to get back to you. This is a very well run, super clean facility with beautiful grounds and is the only place we will ever take our pup. 🐶
Dave Blazo: My three dogs get so excited when I say “ Let’s go for playtime “. The staff has been awesome with them and rightly so in letting me know when the puppy had a rough day and how they handled it.
Marc Horvath: Used to be really good. Last time we boarded our dog there (Dec 2022) she came home with a parasite and was severely dehydrated, due to vomiting and dyahrea, to the point of seizure and hospitalization. They said nothing about it. Some exaggerate but this is fact that I can back with Vet bills and timing of stay and infection.They make you prove your dog is up to date on everything before boarding but apparently don't clean up too well after other dogs from dishonest people.

Vicki Johnson: I was very disappointed the last time out dog was there. The Staff was really rude. Brown haired lady with a bad attitude checked us in. My dog has special needs, anxiety and SHE put him in an upstairs kennel with no lights on or ventilation. He was terrified and traumatized. He would not engage to do walks which he loves. He was isolated and scared instead of near other dogs where he could see what was going on. This has turned into an Over-priced dog prison. If your dog has special needs they will be isolated and traumatized. Not returning ever

F P: The only place I board my fur kids. The staff is always good to them and us. The pups get excited when we pull in. They have a great staff that I know watches over all the animals to make sure everyone is getting along well. Also a nice note of how they did. Lot and lots of amenities and add ons to make sure you pets gets what it need. A friend refered me here and I can say we haven't looked for another place since. To the owners and management keep up the good work. What your doing seems to be working.
Pam Krum: Bunk and Biscuit is great. My 2 beagles go to the doggy daycare. I can't say enough about their wonderful staff. They nicknamed my 2 little beagles as the "Bea Gals". I also love that they have webcams so I can peek in on them throughout the day. And whenever I do, I see their tails wagging nonstop!! Sometimes I see they are inside, but when weather permits, they get to spend a lot of time outside, which my 2 like. The indoor and outdoor areas are incredible. There are several indoor and outdoor areas so when they transition from indoor/outdoor they shift to different areas with different equipment and views. When I pick them up at the end of the day they are so tired!! They fall asleep on the ride home!! If you are looking for a great doggy daycare I recommend Bunk and Biscuit.
