Tim Cichos: Friendly staff and decent pizza for the cost.
Lana Coleman: Another south bend restaurant that also sucks. And you won't get your full order.
Meghan Tooley: Waited about an hour and thirty minutes and then called to ask the status of the order. The order was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. Was told that it would take another hour or so. No refund or any form of compensation was offered. If you cannot fufill even the barest of minimum for your customers, while giving an attitude, you are not fit to be in the service industry.
Crysta D: The worst location to do delivery.! I live 3 minutes away and had to cancel my order because it took over 2 hours and when I called to ask why, I got nothing but attitude. And after that I gave them one more try and I am still about 3 minutes away. Was told it was gonna be 30 minutes and I am now an hour and a half into waiting.
Sonya Hickman: If I could give a 0000 star I would. Ordered food was told 15 to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called was told it would be another 45 minutes that they had 1 cook and 2 drivers. Really the guy was rude and no help. Why would you even stay opened. This was the 2ntime we ordered took and hour and 15 minutes the 1st time after being told 25 minutes. Our dominios in bryan ohio is on it.

June Hidde: Wrong order delivered. Delivery person said he would return the wrong order and bring back the right pizza. Never did deliver it. No proof he took the other order back. So out of a paid meal and tip. Will never order again from here. Either dishonest delivery person, or dishonest staff. So disappointing and hungry tonight.
LaVon Thomas: If my delivery guy wouldn't have smashed my pizza box, then try to cover it up with my sandwich box before he handed my pizza to me, I wouldn't would have given 5 stars. The better part of my toppings were on the box top. But since he wants to be a lazy slickster, he gets to explain this review to his manager.

michael raines: Carryout, no problem.. delivery, however, has been a problem lately. Two times I order delivery, both times it took an hour and a half plus. Not saying it's necessarily their fault, considering the times, however with that said, I should have been made aware of the time frame. That's why I gave them four stars..

michael raines: I've recently moved from South Bend itself, into Mishawaka. This was my first time at this particular store.. it will not be my last. Between my ordering online, then to pick it up, was around 15 mins! I'm perplexed by how much different this store is compared to the one in South Bend. Every. Single. Box. Checked.

Charles Gaver: Food is good and staff is professional but this place is so poorly staffed that they rarely fulfill an order within the time they estimated. Don't bother ordering delivery.
Chuq Jackels: Delivery - I think 1 out 5 deliveries arrived on time. They nearly always forget dipping sauces that are ordered. I am not sure why the south side has such horrible luck with restaurants, I think we are underserved by restaurants and the ones we do have get overwhelmed with the orders.Pickup - almost never an issue.
Kinta obama: Ordered on late Christmas Eve and never received my order the next day I called and was told all orders had been canceled that night and refunds were being issued but I never received one and it’s been a month.

Johnny Skinner: We had a few good experiences at this location but the last 4 times the food was done long after the latest estimated time given when ordering. We canceled our order tonight after waiting 45 minutes and being told it would be another 25 minutes beyond that. Pizza Hut was happy to take my money and they didn't make me wait over an hour.

Jester: Domino's is like a love and hate relationship. Sometimes you get a hot pizza and make it home in time to eat while it's hot, then sometimes you get a hot pizza but is cold by the time you get home. But that's for every pizza establishment unless your dining in. If you don't want to spend alot and like mediocre pizza domino's is the place for you. Service is polite and surprisingly quick at giving your pizza to you. Now of course other people will say that they had bad service but I guess that depends on what kind of day he or she has had. Overall domino's is not a bad place to get a quick cheap pizza.

Hunter Turner: My pizza had no Buffalo sauce on it even though I paid extra for extra Buffalo sauce. My fiance pizza was made into thin crust even though that's not what we ordered. Then I tried to call every number the website and Google gave me and it wouldn't even dial any of them. I'm starving and neither of us got what we wanted.
