Alena Steele: The donuts and boba are amazing. But it feels like this location is NEVER open. It says they are open til 3:30, but the last few times I've stopped by, the doors are locked and there is some sort of note saying they will be back in 20mins? And today there was no note at all!
Mr E: First time visiting this donut shop. I ordered the glaze and a cherry donut, which was recommended by the staff person. The glaze had a heavier texture then a regular store bought glaze donut. It also have a lingering after taste. The cherry donut I didn't enjoy at all and it's after taste is similar to the glaze. My guess is Jack's has a good following of folks who enjoy their unique taste but I am not one of them.

Paul Fox: Meh. Not the worst donut place but I have to say the bar is pretty low here. Where are the crack of Dawn donut shops that could tempt even the most willed person? You know, the kind that make the stuff they sell in the store.Maybe the sheer volume of options I had in Southern California and their intense competition for customers left me spoiled.Maybe my own baking skills and my familiarity with whole, pronounceable ingredients lends a bias.Or maybe it’s just a matter of knowing when a product truly hits a home run or not. What stuns me is that in the heart of the country the palate is largely a pretty low measure of fast food and stale products. I am still looking for a California style fritter. Don’t even get me started on the alternative flavors that could be found (blueberry, cherry, peach).I may not be able to pay for a premium product often, but I sure as hell won’t pay a premium price for an average product more than once.

Family of Penguins: They were out of almost everything food wise which I can understand because they depend on deliveries. But the entire time we were trying to order the girl was giggling and holding conversation with someone other than us. We ordered what we could; they had our drinks but they didn’t have anything for sandwiches. We ordered bagels and they were toasted but came to us burned. The cream cheese was not on them and they didn’t give us a knife for the packaged cream cheese they gave us. The hash browns were also burned. We paid damn near $40 for our order and they didn’t even have half of what we wanted and the half we got was burned and not worth the money.

Bob Sherman: Our two young boys, ages 3 and 5, love to go there, much more than the employees want to work there. It's very clean and organized, (a great thing), but Customer Service is at best mechanical, certainly not heartfelt. This restaurant could've easily earned a 5🌟 rating if the employees would've shown even an ounce of enthusiasm with my kids who were so excited to see them. Sincere service with a smile 😃 is IMPORTANT. Both of my boys proudly wore one of the amazing Krispy Kreme hats placed strategically on each of the tables in restaurant. It is my opinion the employees should proudly wear them as well! Look, making and selling amazing doughnuts for a legendary doughnut chain is certainly not for everyone, and I'm sure it's not always easy. I get it. But a sincere smile costs nothing . If you can't smile and appreciate the people you come into contact with on a daily basis, please find something else to do in life that will make you happy!

I never see the hot sign on anymore. Usually they make fresh hot donuts between 6am-10am. The lobby does close early but they should have a sign that lets people know what time they close the lobby. Because the last time I went the lobby was closed at 2:30pm. Also I think they need a better drive thru with the speaker close to the cars. But the donuts are worth it! The best times to buy donuts is when they have deals, otherwise they are pricey.

Thomas Cera: A little out of the way, a little hard to find and limited hours, but absolutely worth it when you get there. There are numerous authentic creations. The staff is friendly and genuine. Be prepared to spend more than you thought since it is difficult to limit your choices!

Melissa Saltzman: Legit Polish bakery in a legit Polish part of time (a lot of the road names around here end in "ski" lol). Place is very small kind of a hole in the wall - but I wasn't here for ambiance, I was here to get baked goods!! Bought a variety of products from here, including - naturally - paczkis for Fat Tuesday. All the baked goods were slightly less sweet than offerings from most bakeries, which was rather delightful. The paczkis are nothing like the donuts you get from other bakeries and stores that are mislabeled as paczkis; the dough is heavy and dense and not overly sweet. All in all, liked everything we got, and would definitely go back. Just wish the hours weren't so limited!

GEO D and Stuff: I bought a little over $30 worth today and I could've eaten everything. The pastries were absolutely delicious and the lady that helped me was very sweet. My coworkers and my grandparents loved the custard filled donuts. Everything was a decent price, so I managed to get 5 or 6 different boxes of pastries for my money.

David Truex: I always try to stop by this place when I'm in town visiting family. It's hard to go wrong with donuts dipped in caramel and powdered with cinnamon sugar. Wide variety of other flavors, but it's the classic that keeps me coming back. And I heard that they started doing the donut holes again, which are the PERFECT balance of caramel and cinnamon per bite.
