Gabby Warth: I liked Fricks...then after 1 week I couldn't wait til I could get out of there. The receptionist is extremely rude. She failed to give me very important information and when I called back after being chewed out by the teacher for not having the info she preceded to tell me that she gave it to me and it was my fault! The teacher can be generally nice but cranky sometimes. Scheduling driving time over the phone is a nightmare, mainly because you're dealing with a rude receptionist who has you on hold for 10 minutes.

Adam Nelson: I took my test today and I'm telling you I recommend this place above all! Especially if your new to the road and maybe a little nervous. My instructor Patty was awesome and made me feel really comfortable. She was nice, clear and informative. Might go back for a retest just cause lol. This will definitely be where you can find me going after my CDL next year.

My skills test instructor, Patti Wozniak is extremely professional and her on-road directional instructions were clear. After the test she was kind enough to give me few tips to improve my driving skill. I would definitely recommend this skills test center. (Especially if you're living in Berrien Springs, St. Joseph, Benton Harbor & Niles areas)
