Jack took the time out of his busy schedule to walk me through every aspect of the equipment I was renting. Made sure I had everything I needed. Gave me his personal number AND answered when I called him with questions. He even personally helped me carry the stuff to my car even though I'm perfectly capable of doing so. His pricing was ABSOLUTELY reasonable. He was extremely flexible with the timing of our rented equipment. I can't speak highly enough about this business. I will always recommend Gene's when possible and will continue to use Gene's for any future requests.

Susan Ward: I was disappointed and how long it took them to make my prints. They were promised in 24 hours and it took 2 weeks. They were supposed to call when they were done (I had been in 3 times to pick them up) and no one called. They are usually MUCH better than this.
Matthew Florian: Honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff!I brought in a slightly older DSLR to get diagnosed. It had been damaged and I needed to find out if it was worth repairing. I had my toddlers with me, and they had fallen asleep in the car during my errands. I ended up calling the shop to see if they could collect the camera and do the paperwork in the parking lot so I could stay with the kids in my car, and they did! Kevin was both understanding and friendly, while very accurate with an estimate for repairs.I was able to return later the next week to collect my paperwork and go inside. If you need new or used equipment for the professional, consumer, or somewhere in between, Gene's will have it.

I'm not from the area and I was shocked with such late notice he was able to provide exceptional same day service and not charge that bleed you dry emergency fee. If I have any future work that makes sense for him to come do I will definitely pay him to come to my area. Veronika Mirage: I don't ever want to check out my own items and continually there is not a live person to check you out. It's ridiculous. I'm going to stop going to this one and move to the Mishawaka Target. Also they only have one person at the pharmacy during rush hour. Almost an hour while I'm the 4th person in line is too long. He gave 2 covid boosters in front of me the night I was there. Those things should never be scheduled during that time.

That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!And thank you, Honest South Bend Shopper, for turning in our purchased bag of items!

Confirmed by shopping there two days ago.Pharmacy hours are: Closed.Find another pharmacy.Good news: Everything (but clearance items) is 25% off!Bad news: You missed it already. 95% of the store is empty, including grocery, and I suppose that they are simply waiting for the last few deliveries they couldn't stop. Sure, go there and see if you can get a deal on stuff you want or need. But you won't be able to make it a complete shopping trip. And don't drive a long way to get here. You'll waste your gas.

Laken Rhodes: Nobody cares about this location any more. It's closing in April. Every Tuesday they are marking items less and less. I only went there to do some extra curricular shopping. Nothing I absolutely needed, just wanted. Get stuff while you still can. And even if it doesn't work out, you can always return at another location. So shop on, buy em out, and get your money's worth!

Everyone else was very rude, even the manager when I spoke with them about the problem I was having. I parked on the side of Lowe's facing Aspen Dental Clinic and BW3!It is easy in and easy out with an 18-wheeler, 👍👍👍 also directly to the right is Texas Roadhouse. Plenty of food places here. If your cell service is through T-Mobile and Verizon their stores are right next to each other.Menards is behind Texas Roadhouse about a hundred yards behind.
