I called wanting to know how could it be possibly ready for pickup? They said it actually was my garment bag that was ready for pickup. Perhaps some would find this helpful- I did not. Not sure if it was a mistake but I have never been notified previously my bag is ready. 🤔 Hope this is not new and I’ll be notified my bag is ready in the future prior to my order being ready … unless the notifications clearly states it’s my garment bag.

Ehron Nygard: I have used Zikers in the past … and while they have always been the most expensive in town, they have usually delivered on the promise of quality. Unfortunately, I can no longer claim they stand for quality and service.The last several times I have used them, the garments have come back with cat hair on them. After a recleaning, this had been remedied … but it had left doubt in my mind as to if they had lost their champion, white glove touch.However - this last time I had a perfect condition Lord and Taylor long black wool coat cleaned, it came back horribly. I wish that was the only problem.The coat took two weeks to clean when I was promised 48 hours. I came back several times asking if something was wrong … they said nothing wrong, just that they were busy. Turns out someone was panicking… they had washed the coat with a red coat that shed lint so fine all over the coat that there was no way it could come out. It went back to central cleaning three times … this third time, after I complained to corporate … it came back worse … they decided to sabotage the coat to make it look like it was a horror from the start … they opened up the bottom seam and cut the pin on the inside sleeves and then they sewed the bottom up in a haphazard way to make the garment look like it needed a overhaul. It also came back with cat hair everywhere. Wow! Whoever runs the shop is dishonest, immoral and profuse with bad judgement and workmanship. Maybe they have had a lot of personal changes over Covid19… but this … combined with rudeness peppered up and down the chain of command (with the exception of a nice receptionist at corporate headquarters who apologized profusely and a nice girl named Tyler who sent my garment off a fourth time) … not sure why I sent it off a fourth time … what will they do to sabotage the coat this time … cut the lining out and paint graffiti?I have never in my life been treated so rudely at a cleaners, with such bad service, so unapologetically. The dichotomy is … they used to be good. They just raised there prices 10% … which I would have been willing to accept with the quality and service for which they used to stand. Now they are high priced, poor quality and poor service.As the old saying goes … price, quality and service … pick two out of three as you never get the best of all three. Zikers used to be a company that you knew you were paying a high price … but for that sacrifice you received high quality and great service. Now when you go there, expect the worst of all three … the highest price, the lowest quality and the worst service. And, expect to be lied to and cheated and treated rude beyond compassionate understanding.Oh - and if they damage your expensive garments beyond repair … expect that they will depreciate the garment to the point that it is worth less than the price of the original dry cleaning bill… but only if you can produce a original receipt for garment. If you do not have your receipt… expect an offer for a refund of the butcher’s service, but no more.Bottom line: Don’t walk, run, to another cleaners. Any place is better than what Zikers Cleaners has turned into after Covid19 destroyed their quality personnel and the place was left for the wolves to run.I shutter at what this garment will look like when it returns a fourth time. Please do not take your chances … just go somewhere else from the start. You will be so glad you did.

Jessica Zeiger: They are fast and did a nice job cleaning my husband’s suit, but I am very irritated with the process of getting my wedding dress preserved. They don’t do it in house, but send it to another state. That’s no big deal. But when I brought my dress in I asked if they preserve the veil with it. I was told very clearly “oh yeah! It’s included!” Even the form you fill out specifically says up to 5 accessories included for free. But then a different employee called me the next day telling me to come back because I didn’t pay for the veil. When I came in I tried to ask why I would get charged extra when it says it’s included for free and it literally makes no difference to Zikers since they just ship it off to the company that does it at no extra charge. The lady at the desk was flippant and rude and just said that it’s policy and that’s just the way it is. I would probably look elsewhere for preservation if I were doing it again.

Baby Talk: Awful.ANY DRY CLEANERS THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LOSING CUSTOMERS IS A CANDIDATE FOR WORST IN AMERICAI'd drop off around 5 articles with them a month and ran into problems twice (they fail 40% of the time)-- 1st time I dropped off a dress shirt with lipstick on the collar (I know, cliched) & when I picked it up the stain was all over the collar, shoulder and sleeve.1st they claimed that I'd restained the shirt in the 25 mins it took me to drive back to them, then denied any guarantee to 'clean the clothes'-- The next time I dropped a load of shirts off, again one of the white dress shirts (cofee stain on the pocket) was now completely covered in brown stains, front to back.Again it was denial, no guarantee, 'you paid us to clean it and we cleaned it...we can't remove every stain'The worst part is that I threatened to never come back and they weren't in the least deterred. They were loud, rude, hostile, and played 'Bad-cop, Bad-cop' in trying to keep the $1.80 for the severely stained shirt.Their defense was "you're the only customer to ever complain about us not removing the stains" -- don't pay these people.This is the worst Dry Cleaners I've ever been to, and I'm from a third world country.

Abby Buell DeBoni: This place is great. For years, I went to Ziker's simply because I didn't know where else to go, and I was consistently disappointed. I decided to try this place one day because I often drive by it. The first item I took in was a white wool coat that had been worn for a whole season without cleaning and was pretty dirty. I think that they only wanted $11 or $12 to clean it. I also paid a $2 premium on top of that to have it done the next day. They called me, and told me that after having cleaned it once, it looked pretty good but there were still a couple of spots that weren't very noticable. They asked me if I'd like it cleaned a second time, and I said yes. They didn't charge me any extra for the second cleaning, and when I picked up the coat, it was spotless.I have taken white items with spots to Ziker's before, and they often came back to me looking exactly as they did when I dropped them off. If you're not happy, it doesn't matter, they will tell you that they still did the cleaning, so they will still charge you full price. I was so happy to find Jin's! I don't have a ton of dry clean items, but I have since taken probably 7 or 8 more items to them, including dresses, pants, tops, and a blazer, and have been really really happy.Today, I dropped off a pair of jeans to be hemmed. They only want $12, which is much more affordable than the $20 that I used to pay at Parisi's. I often need to have pants hemmed, and I can't afford to pay $20 for every one! I will give an update about the hem job once I pick them up.

She was cleaning when we arrived, and she very thoughtfully helped an older customer carry her laundry into the building.There is plenty of parking. The door nearest the road has two accessible parking spaces nearby and a concrete ramp leading up to the building.

Sasha Adams-Rolling: Great place to go wash your clothes if you want to save some money. I'm a new commer so it was definitely a blessing to wash here. Only thing is I hoped that we had more time to dry our clothes, with a quarter 🙂. It's only 5 minutes for a quarter. But they have awesome dryers. I don't mean to complain about that but I'm just saying. Because I have never been to a laundrymat that has has drying with that much time to dry, with only a quarter. Just mind blowing to me 🤣🤣. But it doesn't stop me from going back. And neither should you not come because of my review. You should give them a try. It's definitely worth coming lord's will 😇❤️. Bless you all! Mimi Fedore: This Laundromat is where to get the task done. It's always clean, machines are clean, dryers also clean. The staff is very friendly and have understanding and knowledge of the trade. This place also has good, clean water which is important when washing those whites! Change machine is always stocked and detergents are also available. Conveniently located by the car wash which has become the wait time filler. Definitely recommended

Boss johnson: My dryer broke and I had to dry clothes there. The washers and dryers are very large.I had left an entire load of white clothes there for over 2 weeks. I called and asked if they knew anything, and they were there. Not only there but nicely folded up too.
