Four Arrows Ranch INC.: what do users think?
Thompson Boy: Would not recommend at all had a very bad experience. Poor communication, were never on farm. Makes me wonder if my horse got any training at all. Not to mention Preston was very rude
Amanda Lilley: I would not recommend working here. I know for a fact as someone who worked there the horses are taken care of well and trained pretty well, so I am not saying them as a business is bad at all. The boarders were all very kind and so were the other workers and for the most part when Hannah and Preston were around they were too. However I was paid around $150 less than I was supposed to, and when I messaged Preston to try and sort it out he completely stopped responding. It is unfortunate as this seemed like a great opportunity and I was not paid for quite a few hours of work.
Sarah McKay: We are so thankful that we had family who referred us to Preston and Hannah a few months ago. We brought them our 2 horses for training and have been so impressed by their training as well as care of our horses. The stalls are very clean and the feed is excellent. They have been very honest with us and we appreciate all their knowledge to help us with our horses. They recently helped us find a new horse that is just the perfect fit for our family and exactly what we needed to help us feel confident and begin showing again. We can’t thank them enough!
John Morgan: We have two horses boarded at the Ranch. It has been a wonderful experience. Not sure where the negativity comes from but I have only never known the ranch to be a well run business. The stalls are cleaned twice a day, the horses have everything they need and more! We are so happy at the barn and all the people there are so nice. There is always going to be others who want to tear people down for some reason or another. Preston should be proud of his business and I hope he has continued success!
Joshua Smith: ever since Preston took ownership it went so south. We want amber back!!!
Leah Weaver: My toddler has been taking riding lessons for 3 months now. Our experience has been wonderful through and through. Lessons are with Kat, and she is amazing at what she does. She is very patient, light-hearted, and flexible in her approach; never pushy. She ensures that my child is safe by following many precautions and keeping horses near to her. She takes the time to explain everything she is doing, from putting the saddle on the horse, to grooming, and riding.Additionally, we have always felt very welcome on the property and felt that Preston was very fair in pricing. We often stay after lessons just to visit and spend time with the people and animals at the ranch.
Kurtis Sanders: Not happy will never go again preston had just left and then we got a text from him saying he was broke down by Chicago since 4:30 am and had to cancel poor business.just got a text from preston saying he was sorry and would like to reschedule are lessons thanks for the apologies but we will not be returning.
Bridgette Greene: My daughter has been riding there twice a week for 8 months now. Can't say enough good things. Preston and his team are so kind. Great teachers and clearly love their horses.
PHILLIP AXSOM: Nice people
Bill Crowder: Staff is really friendly, gives Western and English lessons, ample parking. Nice facility with a long driveway...cannot be seen from the road. Look for a green mailbox with their address.
Kristi Bartow: I think if you are going to post bad claims about someone you should be willing to post your name. The truth is not always what you think it is and I can assure you Preston is doing a wonderful job getting his business back up and running and handling the mess that was left behind. It is a beautiful place and we welcome anyone to come and see for themselves!!
Jennifer Miklic: I love this place! You may come and go as you please, have indoor and outdoor areas to romp around plus a trail around the property. I am sorry that when ownership changed last year some people had to take sides. I guess that is life, but I'm so glad I stayed and cannot wait for another warm season to come! Preston has answered any and all my questions or concerns and in regards to horse riding lessons pushes me just enough to keep me improving!
Lilly's Lawn Care: Love the lawncare!
Heather McKay: Great facility with an excellent feed program and wonderful arenas. There is a beautiful outdoor arena and an Indoor arena.

She is about to be 4 and she has none stop been taking about the staff and wanting to ride emolji again! Definitely interested in starting lessons with this amazing group for my baby girl
Lori Wolff: Granddaughter has been taking riding lessons @Fallen Oaks for 5 years, The owners and all the Trainers are exceptionally responsible, caring, They take extra time teaching kids all there is to know about horse's and the ranch animals..Summer time they provide activities and summer camps for kids to attend, Absolutely recommend these Camp Activities for your kids...Fun Activities, Games,Horse Rides,Swimming..
Marlaina Johns: Great summer farm camp for the little kids!
Ian Stoller: Great place to buy high quality sheep's wool
MinecraftGamer 145: Awsome place 100000000000/10 must go to if your going to ride horses get lessons here or just go to summercamp its so fun!
Justin Booth: My daughter takes riding lessons here. They are wonderful and I highly recommend all the services they provide!!
Joselyn Edwards: I've only been riding at this stable for a few months, but I really love it! Very professional training and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Love the horses and all the people there, as well as the entire place!
Tracy Olgesy: I have edited my review, given the owner's response. I actually did email the owner at fallen.oaks.farm.and.stables@gmail.com. I did not have a phone number. To revise my review: the facility is beautiful, the animals are well-cared for, and the staff, for the most part, is engaging and enthusiastic. The curriculum is robust and full. We would likely return and recommend this camp, with some caveats (all of which can be easily remedied). My only advice for the owner of this camp--given that she seems genuinely interested in ensuring children are safe and engaged, in a well-managed facility--is to provide young staff with clear guidance on job protocol. While I don't expect a welcome-back party upon retrieving my child, I also don't wish to contend with laconic and distracted staff. As I mentioned in my earlier review, which was likely too critical, two of the younger staff were consumed by their phones, and, as such, weren't really acknowledging parents/guardians (who'd been sent over from the table area to retrieve their kids who were changing). In fact, as I said earlier, they seemed a bit impatient as they called up to the children to come down to their waiting parties. I wanted to inquire about my child's day, or ask about the animals, but I was reticent to do much because I didn't feel as if there was a welcoming forum in which to do so. I felt like a teacher in the hall at HS--distracting and irksome. The owner cannot be blamed for these behaviors. I understand the general obsession with phones and social media. I wish this did not detract from the camp experience (and it likely did not diminish my child's experience)--it was just not something I expected to experience at a facility of this caliber, and particularly at a higher price point. I don't expect people to lavish attention upon me or give me a blow-by-blow of my child's day.--I'm not precious. On the converse, I don't wish to be perceived as a distraction to whatever compelling information was being transmitted via TikTok. Thank you for a good experience, all around. I hope staff next year will be better briefed.
anonymous user: I love Katie, she’s very knowledgeable about everything and very understanding.
melodie ringer: A great place to learn to ride and to take care of horses. Wonderful facility, horses and people!
Sarah Corwin: Top notch stable. Amazing farm camp for kids!

Diamond-D Ranch: what do users think?
Abby White: It was the best time of my life let jist tell u
Brianne Price: We had a party of 6 they picked out the best horses for us they were very attentive to making sure we were comfortable on our horse! Our guide was awesome let us have them run as most of our group had never ridden a horse before! We are already planning another trip!
Paula Macal: Diamond D ranch is run by caring people whose horses are well kept and gentle. We took 2 6 year old girls riding for the first time and they were very attentive to their needs ( and fears ). The ride was through a wooded area that was cool and beautiful. We will be back!
Adrian Tavolacci: Super helpful staff. There's no signage, so just look for the horses and barn and you'll know you're there. Bring cash - no credit cards accepted, but really affordable for a family outing
brian silvernail: Awsome fantastic kidded loved it
Teena C: Such a great family experience. John and Mindy were friendly and safety-focused. They provided excellent instruction prior to mounting the horses that were carefully chosen according to the size and experience of each rider. The horses were very calm and knew exactly what to do, requiring minimal "steering" from the rider. The trail is mostly wooded with lots of shade with a pretty little stream running through the property. Old and young alike had a wonderful time and the kids were asking when we can go again before we even left. Definately a must do for any family with school-aged kids. Truly a memory making outing.
