Mike Vaughn: Doug has been my go to guy for 5-6 years since Vizio sent him out to repair on of my huge flat screens. He couldn’t have been a nicer more knowledgeable old school guy. Since our first meeting he’s done several repairs/rebuilds for me including the total rebuilds on my vintage Cerwin Vega D-3’s (10”) and my massive D-9’s (15”) that are at least 40 years old and now sound better than ever if that’s possible. I’m pretty sure there’s not many Doug Garretts left!

Julie Birr: Had high hopes to have a tv repaired for my dad, but each time I have stopped in, the door is open, soft music is playing, lights are on, but NO ONE IS THERE! I have called out to see if they may be in the back. Once saw sign"out to lunch," sat in HOT car and waited over 50 minutes, checking every 10 min. or so, but no one even to talk to. Left a note with my phone and repair need...no response in 7 months.

Jack O'Brien: Doug, the owner was extremely responsive with questions before during and after I brought him an item to fix.We emailed back and forth a little on a 13 year old Harman Kardon receiver, and decided the best thing to do was bring it into his shop. If his helpful and thoughtful customer service had not won me over his shop would have. It was exactly what you would expect a good electronics repair shop to look like, plenty of parts, tools and machines.He looked at the receiver, and determined it was worth repairing. It is fixed now, and it never sounded this good, not even when I purchased it new 13 years ago.

David Rosentrater: Who else on the internet but Cliff has a legit 5.0 star rating? I am pleased to be able to add my own 5 star rating to those that have preceded mine. I have a farily high end digital audio player made by a South Korean company that went out of business some years ago. One of my grandkids got ahold of it and messed up the micro USB port and it's attachement to the curcuit board inside. Cliff had to do some work outside of the scope of what he most often does (video game console repair) to find a specific part that was needed for the repair but not readily available. He was able to find the part and do the repair and my unit is back to functioning as if new. His charges are quite failr and his service quite pleasant. I'm glad there are some 5 star kind of people around doing 5 star kind of work, helping to make our world a better place. Thanks, Cliff

Rize X: Literally had my next gen xbox for a year, never used it because it wouldn't update, I couldn't even get help from xbox support. I took it to multiple shops and no one could help, they told me get my money back. But then I found Cliff's on google I took my console in and he fixed it in 10 minutes for no charge. Had my brothers tv for over a month, called many times between drop off and now and half of them were either not answered or was told they are still working on it. Last call was they have it open and parts in hand and should be fixed shortly, that was monday. It is now thursday night and still no call to come get the fixed tv.
