The order was paid in full on the order date, Total Invoice with shipping was $80.97, As of December 7, 2020 I still have not received my order. I have spoken with my sales representative many times with no action taken by him, He tells me it was lost in the mail and he will not give me my money back because of that. He wanted me to look into this with the post office. I spoke with customer service and I'm told the company must file the forms with the post office not the customer. He is not doing anything to resolve this problem. I believe over 40 days is enough time to resolve this problem. I have the original invoice to prove the products were purchased from Lesco. Inconsistent hours of operation. I showed up today around 1:30 pm and the sign is off and door is locked. No one in the front part of the store. This has happened multiple times.Some actual hours would help this little store with business.

David Lord: Had a super great experience with rich and the rest of his crew, I’ve never been to a shop where they show and explain in detail what they’ve done, what was wrong, and what they did to fix it until CB specialist. Rich put my radio through 3 tests and checks before he let me leave with it, I got to hear the On air sound as well as the receive. Very knowledgeable man, very respectful, and very fair prices! I am super picky about who’s in my radios because I rely on them at work, so they have to be functioning in top notch condition, with that being said, they definitely have my future business! On a side note they also have a fairly decent amount of radios in stock. And the shop do is pretty cool

Jack took the time out of his busy schedule to walk me through every aspect of the equipment I was renting. Made sure I had everything I needed. Gave me his personal number AND answered when I called him with questions. He even personally helped me carry the stuff to my car even though I'm perfectly capable of doing so. His pricing was ABSOLUTELY reasonable. He was extremely flexible with the timing of our rented equipment. I can't speak highly enough about this business. I will always recommend Gene's when possible and will continue to use Gene's for any future requests.

I had my toddlers with me, and they had fallen asleep in the car during my errands. I ended up calling the shop to see if they could collect the camera and do the paperwork in the parking lot so I could stay with the kids in my car, and they did! Kevin was both understanding and friendly, while very accurate with an estimate for repairs.I was able to return later the next week to collect my paperwork and go inside. If you need new or used equipment for the professional, consumer, or somewhere in between, Gene's will have it.

Joseph Weaver: Was asked by an associate to take my foot off the ottoman as i sat on a sofa testing out the furniture. I worked for Aaron's for years. Never once did I ask a customer to remove their foot from an ottoman. The sales rep seemed very uninterested in me even though I explained I was need of furniture now and ready to buy. As someone who worked for the company and knows the expectations Aaron's has for customer service and securing the sale I was left feeling very disappointed with what the associate's of this building felt was acceptable customer service.

Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit.

On that day, Aaron’s called me and said their delivery truck ‘broke down’, and said I would be their first delivery the day after tomorrow. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said they were no delivering due to COVID-19. Understandable. I simply canceled my order after already making a payment, and was told my money would be refunded within 10 business days. That was 30 days ago, and still no refund. I called the GM, and he didn’t seem to care. Aaron’s will never have my business again.

They repeatedly told me it would not go and I had to show them how to do it and it went up there no matter how many peoples said it wouldn’t go. Very disappointed in their effort.
Jenn Turner: I gave one star only because it won't let me leave zero. Looked at a fridge that had a dented freezer door. Ivan promised that if we took it, he would have a new door for it Thursday the following week. So they delivered it with the dented door. By the end of the following week we hadn't heard from him about our new door so we called him. He said "Oh yeah. It didn't come in yet. I'll call the other stores and see if they have one." He called back later and said he found one and they would deliver and install it between 4:00 and 7:00 the next day. My husband and I both stayed home from work that afternoon to make sure we didn't miss the delivery. They never showed up and they never called. So rather than call them to chase down our door once again, we went out and found the same model fridge elsewhere for half the price. The following Monday my husband called Ivan to ask why they never showed up. He said, "The guys were there and you weren't home. They called and left a voice mail for you." Well, that was a lie. They never came because both me and my husband were home. And they never called because we didn't have a voice mail or any call on our caller ID on any of our 3 phones. So we asked them to come pick up the fridge and cancel our contract. Once again Ivan told us they would be here on a specific day between 4 and 7. And once again, they didn't show up as promised. WE had to call them AGAIN. And we were given every excuse in the book why they didn't come... A couple guys called in sick, they overbooked the truck for the day and so on. When we finally got them to come pick it up, only ONE guy showed up to move the refrigerator, he came after hours, and he forgot to bring paperwork showing it was picked up. I told him I didn't trust them to just take it without something in writing, so I made him write up a receipt for it. I will NEVER step into an Aaron's again. Ivan is very sketchy and a flat out liar. And their business practices are the worst.
