Rudra Constructions: Looking at ther service and the way your team communicates to customers is very very unprofessional and can't image an MNC like you is doing business in this way.
e s: 3 brand new elevators and none of them work for longer than 3 days at a time, So you have to call for service and then they want to charge you for every service & blame you for the issues. They DO NOT stand behind their products at all. Our elevators are 10 months old and failing multiple times per week. Do yourself a favor and go with otis, or just get a pulley elevator i promise it will be more reliable than anything schindler installs

Al Lehman: Very unhappy with service department. We broke a spindle shaft on a terex scissor lift, service guy came out and tried to mend it with a 3" inch bolt so we could load it, lasted about 20 seconds. We were billed 8.5 shop hours to tell us they can't get the part anymore. Spent over a 1000 dollars and didn't gain a thing! You would think you would do the research on parts before spending that much time taking it apart when the part that was broke and visible. Can't recommend at all!!!
POP DISPLAYS: Just purchased our Second Lift Truck from Hull, What a Great experience. The people there from the sales team to the service team are very helpfull.Its nice to get Great service from a Larger Company. Thats hard to find these days.Highly recommended if you are looking for a Toyota lift truck
