Amy Collins: The best coordinator EVER! Angie and her team were flawless. I hired them after realizing there was no way I could do everything myself for our October 2022 wedding and they stepped right up to the plate. From hooking me up with my designer, to assisting with the day of timeline, they handled everything and if something did go astray that day, I was none the wiser ;). I highly recommend a coordinator for your day, but especially Belle Behind the Ball!

Angie is so professional and her kind and calm demeanor throughout the whole process was extremely appreciated. On the day of, she kept the timeline running smoothly but made sure not to rush us and also made sure we had plenty of snacks and water! We had an absolutely wonderful day in huge part thanks to her. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job - if you need wedding planning services, we highly recommend Angie!

It would not have been what it was without your help, especially during the challenging time of August 2020 with Covid restrictions. Angie kept everything on track and took the work off us so that we could really be present for our daughter’s special day. I think of all the small details that I would have been responsible for that she and her assistant took care of. She was easy to work with and coordinated communication with all the vendors. Highly recommend!
Jay and Greta Lewis: One of the first decisions we made a year before our daughter got married was to hire Angie. And it was the best decision we made! The team of vendors that Angie pulled together was fantastic and the way they all worked together was a marvel. Through the planning process, Angie made all of us (the bride, the groom, the parents) feel listened to and understood and we ended up with a wedding that was just what all of us wanted (even though we didn't all see eye to eye at the beginning!). The pandemic changed our plans greatly and Angie worked closely with us (by Zoom!) to adjust schedules and numbers and plans. The day of the wedding went so smoothly; Angie had us well prepared for what would happen and she handled the inevitable curve balls that came up. We had a beautiful day celebrating our daughter and her husband, and spending time with our family and friends. We highly recommend Angie!

I also want to acknowledge how incredible this now seems to me, as Angie too, was reeling with a huge impact to her business. Belle Behind the Ball held us up, and that meant the world to us, as we so wanted to give our daughter and her husband the best day ever. And it happened! While I always understood the role Belle Behind the Ball played in all of the planning and re-navigating (their Aisle Planner tool was so helpful), I do want to say that Angie and Becca were AMAZING the day of! Just their presence was a huge comfort – this team in action is something else. We wanted for nothing - everything we needed, they anticipated. And they did it all with a joy and enthusiasm that told us all that this was truly a special day. I highly recommend Belle Behind the Ball!

I didn't feel well for part of my wedding so Angie changed the schedule and no one even knew, our night went on and I did not stress at all because Angie and her team made sure all of the other vendors knew about the schedule change. Having a bridal assistant was also very helpful throughout the day/night. I cannot express how CRUCIAL having a coordinator is! If you are questioning if a coordinator is necessary let me tell you it 100% is worth it!

I told Angie in advance and she was there, putting out fires, having my back, making sure MY DAY was exactly that, stress free and perfect.I also can’t say enough about her assistants. They treated me like a princess. They were holding my flowers, train, anything I needed while making sure I was hydrated, laughing, every hair was in place, make up was flawless, the list goes on.Long story short, if you want a stress free wedding, someone constantly in your corner, someone who really cares about your and bringing your dreams to life, Angie Anderson is your gal. Karen Camarata: I was the MOB at a wedding in July, 2017 in South Bend at Notre Dame. If you want someone who knows vendors and venues, guides you through boutonnières and bouquets, coordinates timelines and toasts, then Angie is your gal. She is organized and makes wedding planning fun. She met with us several times as we were long distance and saved us several more trips to South Bend. That right there translates to money saved! She knows all the vendors and can recommend the best in your price range. Angie or her assistant was with us every minute of the wedding day taking care of multiple details that never even made it to the bride or to me. As one othe MOB advised me, Angie is a little powerhouse of a gift that you give yourself so that you and your family can have a well plannned and well executed event!

dayshia bean: If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not waste your time walking into this place if you do not look like money. I was super excited to do some wedding errands with my fiancé the day I came into this place and immediately was not greeted. Both ladies at the desk when you walk in to your right stared at us as if they were shocked we walked in. After walking up to the desk, I was never greeted with a " How are you guys doing today" or anything. After an awkward silence, the red head asked us were we (so and so) and we said yes. After, she reached out her hand to shake mine and said "name" which definitely caught me off guard. She proceeded to walk us to the back to the tables. Me and my fiancé stood there waiting for her to do her job. Maybe ask us "what are you guy's looking for" etc. Me and my fiancé started making small talk and then after waiting she proceeded to take us to the back room to sit us down and start a quote. Keep in mind we are a newly engaged couple and really in to get pricing of things, nothing was definite as we stated over the phone. It was them who advised us to make an appointment. After sitting and showing her pictures of what I was interested in she seemed to have a very bad attitude and looked as if we were wasting her time sense we didn't know how much of the draping I wanted. After telling her what all I was interested in she got up and told us she would work on our quote and send it to us via email either today or sometime next week, since she would be out of office ( It's been two weeks since then, so definitely gave them the benefit of a doubt before this review). On our way out she didn't say have a nice day, thanks for coming in, nothing. It was very poor service and I will definitely be looking into other places.

Lauren not only helped with the design, decor and prep of our venue but also coordinated with ALL the vendors and staff to ensure a seamless and stress free day! Lauren and her team are true professionals and I highly recommend using them for you wedding day too!
Shannon Jacks: Burns Rent-Alls were amazing!! Our daughters wedding venue canceled because of the pandemic so we had to scramble to throw a backyard wedding. I called several places but Lauren @ Burns was by far the most helpful! She answered all our questions and was so patient! When we decided we needed a different dance floor after one was delivered, they came out and swapped it right away and then we added another wall to the tent, again, no issue!! Every time we called they were great!! Amazing customer service and the guys who came out were super friendly and helpful as well!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again!!

Melissa Crook: I work for a very large known company in the Elkhart area. We were having a Board meeting and needed some cocktail tables and linens for food and drinks. I called Burns to rent these items. A few days after they came and picked the items up they call me and say that we owe them $37 for a large rip in one of the linens and some brown spots! Well their people were the ones who disassembled the tables and took the linens off so how do you know they didn’t do it! They told me that their people didn’t do it and as for the brown spots they were probably coffee spots! I guess I didn’t know that I had to have the linens professionally cleaned before they come to get them! I can assure them WE did not rip their linens, it was a Board meeting of 10 people, not some wild party where linens would have been ripped! My question is why would you ruin that relationship with such a large business that could potentially give you so much more business for $37! Do you need $$ that bad that that’s how you run business! Wow....well you’ve definitely lost our business and unfortunate for Burns we obviously have a lot of connections and will let others know how they do business as well!
Angela Miller: I recently rented tables, chairs, linens and decor from Burns for my Bridal Shower and Wedding. The staff was extremely helpful to make everything perfect! Burns also did the floral our wedding party and it looked absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend Burns!!
Jessa McIntyre: First rented a carpet cleaner from their tool rental and then found out they have a second location that does wedding and event stuff. Went in and started getting stuff booked for my wedding. They have a huge selection of stuff and are helpful to brides planning their weddings.... and they're even going to do my wedding flowers & centerpieces.

grace brumbill: we had a horrible experience with burns rental. we wanted to rent dishes and linens for our wedding and just had a hard time from the start. very expensive and every time we wanted to take an item off our order they would try to charge us some fee for something else. just one example is the delivery fee was 150 and we asked to take off the desert spoons and suddenly the delivery fee was 800 dollars. save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Morgan Myers: We used Burns for all of our wedding and bridal shower rentals, and we were extremely happy with the quality of the rentals, the service they provided and the overall outcome. Their staff are personable and are always there when you have a question or need anything and once we picked out our items, they truly did the rest. We had fun designing different table layouts in their showroom and felt like that really brought our whole design concept together, rather than just picking some things out of a catalog somewhere else. I would highly recommend Burns for any event rental needs, but especially wedding rentals. Thank you, Burns!

Would not recommend coming here do to how awful costumer service is.
McIntire Studio: They will go above and beyond to accomplish your vision for your event! They have a huge showroom were you can see the products beforehand and do mock set-ups!
Libby Stout: Average products, with low prices. Some chairs were rusty when dropped off. They were rather difficult to work with - conflicting email information and not flexible at all. Tried to coordinate pick up and they gave a 5 hour timeframe. That's poor customer service in this day and age.
