NATURALLY DAY’S EYE: Although I was able to get what I was looking for, I’m disappointed with the conditions of this location. Just because it’s in an area that is declining doesn’t mean it has to be this way. This is unacceptable Family Dollars. This neighborhood deserves better.
A: They're never open on time and they always close early. Isles are always blocked by carts and the employees don't seem to know what they're doing. If you're looking for something look somewhere else
A B: Disgusting , never put merch out it's always blocking isles , the end cap at the pet food isle has had the same sprite and water bottles there for over a month !!

Brett Crowe: Cashier was new and not trained on what to do when customer is paying with a credit card. The man in line behind me was impatient and causing a scene because it was taking to long for me to pay and the cashier was stating loudly that my card was no good because the screen was asking me to enter my pin number and I couldn't get him( the cashier ) to comprehend that credit cards don't have pin numbers. I personally will not shop at that location again even if it were the only store open in the entire city and it is located 6 blocks from my home.

LaVon Thomas: I asked the guy who answered the phone today, to let me speak to a manager. He lied and said he was the manager, and the person who waited on me last night so that I wouldn't tell about how he tried to steal my money. It was at closing time, it's on camera, and he gave me my money that he tried to steal, without touching the cash register. If I hadn't checked the balance on my card he was supposed to have loaded, and returned to the store 5 minuted to closing time, he would have gotten away with my $50. And if i hadn't counted the cash he handed back to me, he tried to give me just $30, so I had to ask where the other $20 bill was. He retrieved that from the same spot he tucked the other cash i gave him. He's about 5'5" with a jheri curl. Shame on him. I hope the district manager reads this review...and checks the camera.

The employees are good.The major complaints I have are the lack of stock of high demand items, and the beggars who sit outside the store.They are always silent as you walk into the store then as soon as you leave ask you for some spare change or cigarettes.Something needs to be done.

bluebird1292 Cook: My son and his dad stopped at the store to get diapers for my baby. My 3yo had to pee as he's just newly potty trained. The cashier wouldn't let him a 3yo use the bathroom so he ended up peeing himself while in line Infront of everyone in the store. I'm very upset and won't be shopping at any family dollar around here again. How can you let a 3yo pee himself instead of using the bathroom his dad even asked if it was at all possible. The cashier wouldn't budge. Very disappointed. My 3yo came home crying because he peed Infront of people on himself.

Maritta Rivera, Freeman: My Friend bought me 2 pr of shorts on thursday june 3rd at about 8:30 pm. 1 a size med. And 1 a size lg. I tried on the medium which fit fine, the lg pair I took to the store with my receipt and the tag still attached to them. Never put them on. The Cashier smelled the shorts Denied my refund. Then the other Cashier called the Store Manager. I was told I would not be able to get my money back due to Covid. I've been fully Vaccinated since March 30th. Not to mention, There is no sign nowhere in this Store that states not returnable. How are you supposed know if no one mentions it at the time of Purchase. It was very belittling for this Cashier to smell the shorts with other People standing in line.

skyla crafp: Victoria was AMAZING. She informed me that I can get 5$ off on saturdays if I download the app. She then stood there and walked me through the process. If I was a manager this is EXACTLY how I would want employees to act. She wasn’t aggressive, she just suggested it because she knew it would help me. She was sweet and smiling and told me to have a good day when I left.
Joseph Eisenhart: I am so upset this place was closed at 715 and it's suppose to close till ten no notes nothing so then I go to the one down the street and they are close and it's 722 and the don't close till 8 and there is at least 3workers in that one. I get it people are down workers but you can atleast leaves notes or change the time on Google search this is the only place I get my minutes for my phone and now they don't want to be open ughhhhh so frustrating

Closing time is posted 10:00pm. I'm assuming either a poor employee or poor management. But will not be shopping here again. I left 1 star only because I couldn't leave zero.

Marcus Yeagley: I always enjoy going into this family dollar location as opposed to some of the other ones. This location does an excellent job of actually stocking their new inventory in a timely fashion. The store manager is very friendly and helpful as is most of the staff as well.
D. Curtis: The trailer park trash girl wearing grey at the register on 8/27/22 has no customer service skills and should not be working there! Also, store was very dirty!
