Nick Keigley: The most important thing I’ve learned when buying a new piece of equipment is the company backing it. I decided to go CAT and Bart Geise has gone out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Thanks CAT
Ryan Mentag: WERD!

Alex Davis: Doesn't understand what a core starter is

ABI Attachments: what do users think?
Mike O'Connor: A great company to work for who treat the employees like family and care about customer service, or so I thought. It was good as long as you don't speak up and are a "YES SIR" person without your own opinion then they will get rid of you. They don't give any raises but want you to learn and do more work. The office workers will say one thing then talk behind your back especially Matt M. It's a very fake and "woke" work environment. I was let go because my attendance yet I didn't have any write ups or points. I was let go because I wasn't a "yes sir master" and that's why they fired my immediate supervisor Thomas because he refused to fire me without the company following their own attendance policy. And that's why Matt refuses to hire me back because I'm not a "yes sir" person if I'm treated below my worth.
Dellan Coombs: Tried to order rake parts for a rascal 6ft5 i bought off auction it was in rough shape and needed lots of repairs they wont even let me order without a serial number serial number is gone so looks like ill have to have a local company laser cut me a new rake, poor customer service and wont sell me parts i need for a older machine wish they had better service
The Horseman: Update: Upgraded this to a 4star review. ABI has worked with me to find an acceptable solution in a timely manner. I love their products as stated below but the customer experience hopefully will get better over time. Great products at the end of the day.Original review.I really like ABI's products, have several large items from them over the years, and have used a TR3 rake for near 18yrs now but the office and support for parts staff need to be ALOT better at communication and attention to customers in recent years. I've sent several emails and never even get a response no matter what email address I use and am not happy with getting ignored. I was recently quoted for an add on to my existing equipment that was absurdly expensive (Like i could buy an entire separate implement for what they quoted) and when inquiring why it just gets ignored. I also recently ordered wear parts and it took days to get the order processed because I was told to call in my CC info and the girl would not call me back and ignored my emails. Frustrating for such a great innovative company. Hate to take my business elsewhere but I guess that's how it goes until they can get enough staff trained or who cares more. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but nobody seems to monitor regular email so here it is.
Kevin Brennan: ABI and John Dillon are an unstoppable combination! ABI builds trailers like Tanks and John Dillon is a customer service NINJA backed by a NInja group of "after sale" shipping people1 Start to finish a 5 star experience! GREAT equipment and even GREATER people! I will definitely buy their products again!
Gilles Pelletier: I would like to commend this company for the service they provide. I have been in business for over 30 years and I have never had a company like ABI Attachment be so efficient. I purchased a Mini SR grading rake and on 2 occasions it broke and broke badly. My representative Casey Weaver took care of the problem and quickly fixed it and changed everything without worrying about the amount, quickly and without shipping costs even though we are in Canada.
Patrick Averill: I purchased a spreader from ABI, contacted customer service about returning it (never used it once), and got the complete run-around as they would not work with me to return it. Will no longer do any business with ABI.
Dr ATESCI: We bought TR3-e series 2 years ago and we enjoy using it to keep in a good shape our outdoor arena and it works very well. We live in France and unfortunately there is no company who imports Abi attachments in Europe. I would like to thank specially to Bowie Grant who helped us a lot to choose the right model for our tractor, handled all the international and local shipping process, and also the custom taxes. If there were some unpredictable fees, he assumed everything and made some discounts. The videos made by ABI are very useful to explain how to configure the drag. Bowie contacted us frequently during and after the import. We are not used to have such a very professional company in France like ABI Attachments. We have no regrets and we encourage everyone to make a step and buy their drags because it works great, it a very serious company and they are doing a great work! Thank you.
Tanner Leininger: Couldn't be happier with my TR3e Property Edition. ABI is top notch!
John Draper: GM Ray,I received your correspondence in the mail, thanks for checking up on me. The SR3 is living up to my expectations for sure. Every attachment has its place and the SR3 certainly has its place in my tool box. The scarifiers are insanely effective in revitalizing gravel drives as well as prep for seed/sod work. The power rake works excellent in vegetative removal and the box is just as satisfactory in back dragging for contoured leveling. I'm happy for sure!PS- I almost forgot. Love the foam filled tires. I got a screw in one either my first or second use. OUTSTANDING forethought :)Thanks again for a great product!John DraperGeorgia’s Best Clearing & Grading LLC
Roman Arseni: fast in and out for a delivery
Jordan S: ABI’s customer service was utterly appalling when I contacted them because my TRE3 couldn’t be attached to my tractor. The unit came with an “AttachMatch” guarantee, but despite this, the company refused to fix the situation and said it didn’t fall under the warranty—though it does as I read it. The owner strangely has responded to my comment saying that they didn’t refuse to fix my issue, but indeed they did. Their “fix” was to speak to me in an incredibly patronizing tone and told me to “go buy the $30 adapter needed to fit it to the tractor.” That is not a fix from the company. That is the company telling me to fix the problem. The attach match guarantee provides that return shipping would be covered if the attachment does not “meet the vehicle’s capabilities”. I understand the company’s perspective. Reasonable minds may differ. I, as a lawyer, read their warranty differently than they do. That’s ok. I’m not trying to be difficult and it is something that could have easily been worked through, but there is a professional way to handle the discussion with respect. It is another issue when their response was to dismiss my concerns and strong arm me. The company’s handling of the issue was honestly deplorable. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully from a company. Once they have the money, they couldn’t care less about the after-service. Read all of the other comments saying the exact same thing. You would think they would learn from it.They weren’t interested in addressing my perspective of the guarantee at all and just insisted it doesn’t apply so I unfortunately have to return the unit.I would highly recommend avoiding this company because they will not stand behind their product, despite an extra warranty. I wish I had read the Google reviews before placing my order. I will not do business with them again and will certainly tell anyone looking for a drag to avoid this company.
walter Estep: If i could give this company a half star I would. please take my word for it do not order from this company if you need a part from them. Ive been waiting on a part for almost a year and no one seems to have any clue and still blaming it on covid (come on.) It baffles me no one knows poor company standards. go else where to find a part at least you will get it..
liztarumianz: Very disappointing experience. After several delays due to “supply chain issues,” I received an “urgent” message from Casey at ABI that I needed to immediately pay for the remainder on my spreader (I had only paid the deposit) I order to insure shipment by the 7th. I overnighted a check at my expense. Well, the 7th came and went and still no shipment. When I Akers him for a refund he requested even more time. I refused and was spoken to so disrespectfully I had to read it twice to make sure I was interpreting correctly. Never been so disappointed in a customer service experience.
Rod Earley: Brian was great to work with during my purchase of 50 cf manual manure spreader. The build quality is outstanding and spreads better than I thought it would.
Chuck Hoffman: Approaching two months and still no ship date of our paid for manure spreader.Response to "owner". We have been in contact with your CSTs. We have heard all the reasons why but we are still only given approximate month of build, June being the latest. Love getting emails with adds for more deals when we can not get what we paid for. We feel all the excuses should have been presented when we ordered in early April.
Jeremiah Hosmer: Jim and his team at ABI were great to deal with. I asked several dumb questions about the hydraulic TR3 and all were answered perfectly. Even though there seems to be a shortage on everything the TR3 was shipped quicker than I was thinking and look forward to beating it up ( lots of work to do with it). I will do more business with ABI in the near future. Thanks guys.
Rob Clemens - The Handy Dad: Ordered a land plane and was told it would be on back order for 3 weeks after placing order. The salesman was very quick to call and stayed on top the order. A week later he had called me to inform me it may be another 8 weeks before they could get it to me. I canceled the order and got a refund on my credit card. Took a few weeks to get the refund finally issued but the sales team was amazing. I’d say just make sure they have the items in stock before ordering. Seems like a really great company and although I had to purchase another brands attachment to meet deadlines on jobs, I’d REALLY like to have this company’s version of it. I did lots of research leading up to the purchase and was disappointed to have to cancel the order. Very fast communication with the company.
Barry Baskin: I'm afraid that I might be the only person to leave a negative review and maybe I am the only person that has had a negative experience and wrote to tell about it. 2 issues, service after the sale is horrid. I am still waiting for a response on an issue that I had with my TR3 Equine Edition.( I found a way to fix it myself). I also thought I needed a part and my online request to the person who sold me the machine has still not been answered. I had to call back and wait a day or two for someone to email back the quote on the part. In itself, neither of these effect how the machine operates but It's pretty telling that sales to get you to buy is on point but not so good after the sale. I'm not saying not to buy, just saying don't expect the same level of service after they get your money.
Charles Leach: I purchased a gravel rascal pro and it has exceeded all of my expectations a lot of bang for the buck this machine is engineered to give me many years of rugged use it has impressed everybody that has hired me to fix driveways yards deer plots not only is the machine wonderful my salesman at abi has gone above and beyond all of my expectations with customer service thank you Steve
B Toys: Rake is OK but do not buy the hydraulic top linkI bought the TR3 rake. Using the rake for a driveway and general property maintenance it needs a lot of adjustment so I purchased the hydraulic top link in order to adjust from the tractor seat. The hydraulic top link is too short even though I told ABI what tractor I have. ABI sent a top link extension that is an inadequate fix. The hydraulic top link is a $300 + shipping paper weight - save your money!
Alice Phinizy: I purchased a 25 cu ft ground driven spreader over three years ago. I had previously used a rotary spreader but decided to try the ABI spreader. It has been a great spreader. I have had between 2-4 horses and the spreader has been the perfect size. Other than regular maintenance I have had no issues with the spreader. It is great for a small farm.
