Ken Desmet: Most worthless company ever! What kind of supply house closes down from 9am to 2pm primetime work hours for material runs. Whoever came up with that idea needs fired immediately for the loss of sales!
Papa Fisherman: They can order what you need but if they ask if you want called when the order comes in, you might as well say why! They won't call you and let you know anyway. I've placed a few orders in the past year and never get a call when it arrives. I've checked and they have my number on the order. I really don't get it. Seems so simple. I count on the call so I don't waste my time calling them or stopping by to see if it's in. Wish they'd get it right. Seem like good people.

Brandon Denham: Had a 8.0 Milwaukee battery for warranty I had bought 3 months ago at a different store, got told to go get bent basically because I didn’t buy it from summit. The customer service is a 0 for me. Johnstone took the battery back immediately and is WARRANTED. Which I was told with 20yrs from exp Craig they would absolutely never warranty a batt that’s clearly been dropped which is was not. Sorry Craig the battery is already on the way! It was hit by something in a work van. I’d give a 0 but can only give a 1. Lost me as a customer and Many more that I send to them. I’ll spread the word. Look elsewhere for Milwaukee tools as they only pick and choose the warranties they wanna deal with as I assume is laziness and stupidity!! Your reply to this message means nothing to me as Milwaukee is sending me a new battery

Went to the store about 15 min before closing on Saturday 6/18/22 and after two different people I’m told 2 of the four items aren’t in stock. Finally got my order but what a terrible first experience. Probably won’t go back here again. Gave three stars only because it was one incident and trying to give benefit the doubt. My initial experience was definitely a one.
