Bridget Mcdonald: I started working for Janco. About a week in I asked the hr department how many points do you have.. I was told 8. They were aware of my upcoming absences. Said it was fine. Same day I leave I get fired. Everyone quits. It's not a nice place to work and the pay isn't good neither.
Russell Lantz: Stacy, the HR Rep, is a pure joy to work with. She cares about her employees and always has their best interest in mind. It is nice to see someone take ownership in their respective workplace like she does.

Michael Lucas: This is a small Business that makes a big Difference in many ways. It employs about 100 people, produces products that impact almost every one in America and several foreign countries. From telecommunications and power generation/distribution to water treatment and many other things. Its products can be seen, if not noticed, driving down most roads in America. Just look up at the assemblies attatched to transformers on power lines and a piece of that unassuming assembly is made by Janco Engineered Products.

Clinton Osborn: My experience here was a total nightmare. Temperatures inside the shop are a constant 90 degrees, and higher during the summer. I had 5 supervisors in the 2 years I was there. The CEO's response was, we decided to go in a different direction??? Poor communication, dangerous chemicals and toxic fumes in the work place. My co-workers were a pleasure to work with. That's the only reason I stayed as long as I did. When I decided to leave I told my new supervisor I was going to resign, they terminated me on the same day.

David John Dance: Total sweat shop. No emphasis on safety. Maintenance Supervisor is extremely incompetent and physically confrontive. All questions are "stupid". If you're a Maintenance Technician, avoid. Pay is substandard, watch your clock time and if you do take the job, forget about your family. Gamey and juvenile environment.
Melissa Works: this place is a joke to get loaded the guy over shipping is a jerk to people our load was ready but he said we had to wait on a company truck to get back and get loaded before we could pull in the building and there was not another truck here to load but us
