Pam DePierre: The communication from everyone ranging from our sales person Nate to Joe to the office person Diane was horrible. After ordering our new fireplace insert and being given a timeframe for installation, we called the day before the install to confirm as we hadn't heard anything only to be told that they had an issue with what came in and it would be delayed. Had we not called we would have just been waiting for them to show up and they wouldn't have. At that point we asked for our money back and were told by Nate that if he would have known we were going to ask for a refund he would have expedited the missing part - so he screwed up and could have fixed the issue but didn't want to do that until we asked for a refund. Customer service at its finest.The install was done but the custom surround piece was another wait (which we knew) and we were told it would be 5-7 weeks and they would call us once it was in. We waited 8 weeks and called them only to hear that they had it (yet never let us know) and could install that week - again had we not followed up no telling how long we would have waited. Ironically after each of those instances we did receive a bill that exact same day so they do know how to communicate when it comes to the money - although even that aspect was messed up as the balance we were told we owed was wrong. The unit we purchased is beautiful so they sell a good product, but the issue really boils down to a horrible sales person and the owner not being on top of things.

Düsh Kabulb: I purchased a Jotul stove from them late summer, 2020. Transaction was perfect, they had the stove within one week. I was very impressed with the service I got from the owner and their staff. The Jotul stove is now installed and operational, of which I'm very impressed with the performance. We set up a in home quote and was extremely impressed by the fact that Nate showed up on time something you don't find these days. We settled on a insert and had it installed. I recommend if your thinking about a fireplace give them a try and you be happy you did.

Jon S: These guys didn't put a screen on my chimney and neglected to inform anyone about it. Now I have animals in my chimney.I called them about it and they said they'd come over and get the critters and put a screen on at no charge. After arriving, they said they wanted $130+ before doing anything.They did the inspection before I moved in amd didn't bother bringing the screen up at all to the previous owners, realtor, or myself. My realtor and I had assumed it was done, but apparently it isn't worth their time to even ask if someone wants this standard feature.Horrible service, I'll use someone else. And my realtor will, too.

Very knowledgeable. We're taking the next step, having someone come to our house to finalize their quote.
