Todd H: Awful! They were suppose to move 2 pcs of equipment. Before THEY set up the appointments I gave them the model of the equipment. They add the info and still choose to come out with 2 people. No call/showed several times. Didn't know what they were doing. Smashed my trim, scraped my floor and walls. Never showed up to move 2nd pc, after rescheduling numerus times. Manager was rude and completely ignorant. He said they had got hurt on a different job. BAD communication BAD planning and BAD management!Had to repost bad review due to other one being taken down. I can only imagine how many other bad reviews have been pulled. before scheduling anything they asked for the model of equipment, like they should and probably do with pcs, i told them and THEY scheduled it.

Reese: I have nothing but good things to say. My friend showed me this place and I go here any time I need anything. There’s a massive selection of protein snacks and supplements and the guy who runs the place is one of the nicest dudes you’ll ever meet.I don’t buy any training gear, but I know there’s a really good selection of just about anything you’d want or need. I highly recommend One On One Fitness for anyone looking for anything fitness related, especially the protein snacks and supplements.
Brett Fox: Employees ignored the phone, when I got there the employees were sitting with their feet up on their phones. I had to greet them. Boxes of product were everywhere and the store was a mess. Inventory was low. Employee couldn't care less to help me. No masks were worn.

John is the perfect salesman, not pushy and has all the knowledge and answers you need! I highly recommend stopping here before you go to any box store or other chain fitness store, you won't be disappointed!

Nate Baker: Three times . Yes I know the whole shame on me thing applies here . But three times I’ve gone to this store and the cashiers have forgotten to take the security device off an apparel item I bought . So I have to drive back to the store and have them do it . It’s not my job to make sure you remove it. Just make sure you watch them check out your items .

Camelrider: Have not been into this store for years. I remember them removing the guns and ammo. Bland, overpriced typical Nike and Under Armor merchandise.

I told ok so your site says you have them available for pick up so if I were to order one online you’d have to pick it right? She said well no because they’re in a box in the back.. just didn’t feel the great customer service, I’ve worked in retail so I get it.. but the least she could of done was try to grab me one out the box if the site states they are available for p/u.. went to Dunhams and was able to find one with no issues

Eric Good: Do not make any special web orders for golf. I ordered 4 new shafts for my wedges that I bought from your store, and was told weeks ago that they would be done and ready. Here we are a month later, no shafts, no wedges, and no one has a clue inside the store what’s going on.

Christopher Rimes: One of the stores I will never be shopping at again we spend around $500 here almost every year for the kids sports stuff and they don’t seem to care that they sold us a $79.00 defective bat that was dented beyond use after 2 games by my 8 year old daughter! And all they could say was that it’s not their fault and we have to contact Easton to get it replaced. Well I will not be buying over priced garbage at this store ever again very disappointed and terrible customer service from people that don’t stand behind the products they sale. We bought my 10 year old son a bat at Walmart that he has used for 3 years dent free for half the price. That is were I will be shopping for sports items from now on!
