We are still waiting on the project to be completed in fact after we seen something was not completely finished. We do love our new bathroom though but the communication can be improved. Dan Hertel: Stunning!! Beautiful!! I am so pleased with the whole experience and my floor looks better than I ever imagined they would. Manuel and his crew did an amazing job. The guys were polite and friendly, respected me and my home. I was amazed at how clean and organized they kept the work area, which is one good reason why the job was done so well. They kept the new floor covered with cardboard and kept the tools off the floor and did not make a single scratch or dent in the new wood. Everything they did, they vacuumed and cleaned up. They remove all the baseboard molding and put it all back when they were done with the floor and you cannot tell, it looks just like it did. When they were done, they sprayed some Bona and cleaned the floor to a shine and put my furniture back in place. I used a natural red oak pre-finished wood, Mayra suggested using a matte finish with a mix of 2 ¼ and 3 ¼ boards, and I am so glad I did that, thank-you Mayra. The floor looks so good I have decided to replace all my carpet in the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. If you want a professional looking floor that will last for 100 years, then I highly recommend Manuel, Mayra and Blackwood Floors.Service:Install flooring
L Rock: Manuel and crew were awesome from start to finish. They were responsive, timely, professional and meticulous with work throughout the process of having my floors refinished. This was a virtually dustless process, as was explained. These are all things important when making such an investment in a home but the additional service offered was priceless. Manuel is a craftsman and was able to listen very carefully to what I was trying to achieve for my home and offered several options that would finish my large home project. I ended up going a directing that I had not considered on my own until Manuel made the suggestion and created a sample for me to see. Djmaroo: I found Blackwood Flooring‘s by accident. I had a icemaker flood and ruin my hardwood floors in my kitchen. The first company I called said they couldn’t come out for at least 10 days to give me a quote. Manuel and Blackwood Flooring came out immediately. He got on the job quickly, ordered the materials ,was very professional ,absolutely phenomenal job he did restoring and fixing my kitchen floor. He is truly an artist when it comes to wood. Super polite and great manners. Kept me well-informed on the progress of the job. Sent me numerous pictures containing different phases of the restoration. Sent me sample colors to make sure that’s the color we wanted to go with. All along I was out of the state while he worked in my house. Can’t say enough of how well of a job he did. james feece: Be very careful with Carpet Service Outlet. It was the worst carpet installation I've ever had. They will NOT stand behind their bad installation! You will call and call and call and Vickie will not return your calls. When you finally get her she wont stand behind her installers and product. I would recommend going to Lowe's. They at least stand behind their products and installers.
Flora: First time walking in and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time, which made me write this post. I didn't get a hello or any kind of greeting upon entering and when she did see me, she had the most incredulous look on her face the entire time I was there, all of three minutes if that. I looked around, and she let me know I would need to have the product ordered and said it as if it would've been a problem or an issue. From there she referred me to another business. There was a tone of hostility and just general annoyance, right off the bat. I'm sharing my experience as this is someone working with the public, and it was completely unwarranted, and uncalled for.

The result was great as she located small lots of carpet tiles at half the price of normal.I am in process of selling my home and contacted Vicky at suggestion of realtor. Again this was a great idea as she suggested ceramic tile instead of vinyl and arranged for wonderful installation. we could not be more pleased. The carpet for rest of house is not even installed and yet we have an interested buyer. Her ideas and products are great and affordable.
