The world has changed, I believe forever and people are even more vulnerable and devastated, as I am now, because of this terrible sickness adding on to frequency of deaths along with other changes in the world! And pauper prices, would help, for those that are also, suffering, because of sickness and inabilities to work, because of same!!!! But, I can't tell you what to do, but I can say that, there are other businesses in your same field, that are showing and exercising more sentiment, least in my experience! Rita Rogers: Ordered flowers through 1-800Flowers 5 weeks earlier. Arrangement was delivered and was frankly dreary and ugly; brown mums and red roses. I had ordered a double order of flowers. Five roses visible in the 1-800 photo, ended up with 5 roses total in the arrangement. Patricia Ann delivered 1/2 the order I paid for, along with a balloon that was folded, not inflated, and frost bitten Peruvian lilies. Chatted with 1-800Flowers immediately, they promised to make it right. Owner of Patricia Ann called me, made all sorts of excuses about 1-800Flowers practicing false advertising and being allowed to make substitutions. Could barely get a word in edgewise. The point is, the entire arrangement needs orange and yellow flowers to pull off the "autumn" color scheme. Owner said they'd not be able to make me happy, Covid, lack of help, new girl, etc....I won't be doing business with Patricia Ann again.Should not be this disappointed. I will go out and cut my own yellow flowers from my garden in order to correct this weird color combo.

I was blown away and I spent many years working my a flower shop so it takes a lot for me to be wowed. They were able to special order some Birds of Paradise for a delivery the next day. Pamela Kelly: I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the woman who tried to resolve my issue was very nice. Except when she hung up on me when I said I wouldn't do business with them again. Which in itself is bad business. Here's why - I ordered a specific specialty bouquet which they did not have. She was honest in saying they did not have it BUT they don't even carry that bouquet! It's on their website but the website is managed by TELEFLORAL. It is NOT Palace of Flowers' website even though it says Palace of Flowers everywhere not Telefloral. Since that is the specific item I wanted, I did not wish to substitute. She then stated since everything from online orders goes through Telefloral and she would process the refund with them but it would take 2 - 3 business days to refund my card. Unacceptable business practices in my mind. If you are unable to carry the products you list on a website which you represent as your own, there should be some indication somewhere in an obvious place the website is affiliated with Telefloral and the local shop (which is what I was looking for when I placed my order) does NOT carry all of the products. And the charges should be credited back IMMEDIATELY not when it's convenient for the main business to refund the purchase.Very disappointed in the misrepresentation.

Clayton E Flanagan: This is a repost from YELP as I want to let people know that the quality, price, and compassion that these flowers were intended to represent totally missed the mark. With the recent passing of a loved one, Country Florist was recommended because of the fabulous job they did for a wedding several years ago. So with that recommendation and that of the funeral home, 3 arrangements were ordered to represent the three generations of family members that this person impacted. The arrangements were received the day of the viewing, 2 days after the order was placed.(not a big deal) The day of the viewing, it was noted that several of flowers in each arrangement looked wilted. By the end of viewing that night, more flowers were looking wilted and some were beginning to dry out and droop within the arrangements. The day of the funeral,(next day) all of the arrangements looked as if they had been exposed to a dry hot environment and paled to represent the love and respect they were intended to provide. It was also noted that the saddle on the casket was only a half saddle as the back side if it was void of flowers. The arrangement hid this aspect until the flowers began to die. Now some may not be concerned with the excessively limited life of these arrangements but they were nowhere worth the cost charged by the provider, on the north side of $1000. I would ask that if you are being asked to pay something like this, you either look for another florist or ask for a guarantee. I hope this helps others to be aware and maybe inspires the owners to provide a better product!

Brianna Gilstrap: My husband bought me these flowers for our anniversary, and while they are no doubt beautiful, they started dying the next day. I changed the water, added some plant food, trimmed the stems, removed the dying blooms, etc. for $125+ I would expect them to last longer than a day.

I ended up changing our floral plans a few different times, and she never made me feel like it was a hassle. Our wedding flowers were PERFECT and exactly what I envisioned. Leslie was kind enough to create a mock-up of my bridal bouquet and a centerpiece a few weeks before the wedding so we could make sure our visions lined up, and our day of flowers were even better than I imagined. I don't have many pics yet since our wedding was just a few days ago, but you can see from this picture how big and beautiful my bouquet and our alter decorations were. Leslie showed up early the day of the wedding to set up and made the alter pieces on site, which was really cool to see. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting married or needing flowers in the South Bend area!
