Called both places since I pickup from both places often. They confirmed that they don't have trucks and they coordinate the shipments. Called him back and explained everything and then he back peddled and said he doesn't have a need for help after I wasted 30 mins trying to figure this out. Hopefully their sales and customer service doesn't lie to people about certain things like they did to me. He told me, "hey, it's part of the job right?" I hope part of their job isn't to deceive people instead of being honest. I won't rate this company as 1 simply because it could just be a bad apple. I guess being honest was too much for this guy.
