Jeffrey Ford: Worked here ten months. Heavy hours tons of paperwork. Aging equipment and short staffing make it difficult to keep up. Upper management expectations are not attainable. Very little work/life balance. Paychecks were always on time. Not conducive to being happy, just worked to death. Not recommended.

R Day: The people are pretty helpful and friendly but it can be pretty confusing figuring out where to go once you're inside the gate. They could use a few signs to direct customers where to go to pick up their shipments.

We called daily for updates because they never sent updates even though we signed up for email updates.We created the shipment on Sept 10th for pick up on Monday the 14th and we were told 5 days. They didn’t pick up until 18th despite calling them daily to find out why it was not picked up.We received one update that was not accurate and today the 23rd it said would be delivered, NOPE! It is still on another state.They suggested I add money to the shipment for guaranteed delivery. They were 4 days late picking it up and want me to pay more to get it.JOKE! not impressed.Called before using them to ask if they had any delays or issues we should be aware that would slow this and said no!

Accounts payable is at all irresponsible employees making simple mistakes. they confirmed that we were set up for quick pay and then they set it up as regular pay. president Robert said that check will be issued on one date, when we called to get check information, he said that check will be issued next month. don't haul with them if you dont want to be treated as a fool!
Anna Sidis: lied about what they are going to pay you, just to get you loaded. then when it came time to get our revised rate con went back on their word.

Was unable to get ahold of anyone at the shipping company, so now I have to wait .Oh and no one called to tell me it was delivering a day early.

FRAME SPECIALTIES, INC: We have been using Estes for a while now. They are a great company to deal with and great service. They take care ofissues right away.
Tim Burr: Estes just delivered my Diamondback Truck bed cover. They called a few days ahead of time and made the appointment. The delivery was made in the time slot planned. The cover was unloaded and placed in my driveway where my wife specified. Definitely a great experience.

Tan Nguyen: My last order that was supposed to be delivered by you guys got rescheduled twice. Both times I was not notified until the end of the day, causing me to waste TWO days off from work. Come to find out, the product was not even in your warehouse. How do you even schedule a delivery when you don't have the product? Now I'm currently waiting on another order from Home Depot that was supposed to arrive between 9am - 1pm today. I called the dispatcher twice, and was told 2pm and then 5 pm. It is now 7pm still with no delivery. I've wasted ANOTHER day off work.

My self and other drivers as well have already eagerly ended employment.They are non-union. They do not pay overtime, They micro manage, Hound and harass you & play childish games and they threaten to take you off your route or you can seek new employment. I highly advise not working for old dominion freight lines.
