jessica blankenship: Grill and chill? More like dud and crud. Service was an absolute dud. There were maybe 7 people on staff, 5 of which were sitting in the dining room hanging out. It took forever to get our order. They delivered half the order to our table and said it'd be another minute before other half came out (keep in mind we all ordered the same food) and when it was ready they forgot to bring it out. Food was crud. All orders were ice cold and not well made. About 11 fries in the meals. Glad we skipped the blizzards. Don't even know what kind of atrocity that would've been.

Jennifer Arevalo: I went through the drive through and immediately went and parked and had to go inside to complain.I got their extreme brownie blizzard with a fudge core... my blizzard was a slush.!The gentleman who prepared it even admitted that they put hot fudge in my blizzard.. and they STILL HANDED IT TO ME like that.It was gross.Yes, they apologized but I feel like it was so awful on their part that they charged me and handed that to me in the first place. Like why. just now.They knew they messed up.I just feel upset because they apologized yes, but what if I had not noticed until I got home, which is a short drive yes. But it is the principle that if I purchase a blizzard it should be ice cream! not SOUP.
