Mike Smith: Difficult poor website/doesn't show current information. Delay payments and service, long-term problem. They used to be a very large non-profit pension provider, issues have become more widely known in recent years. Not a good choice for you because it impacts you as the individual! You yourself need to control your money.

Alex Dlugosz: Currently have been on hold for an hour trying to get information on why my account has been temporarily suspended.This is a week after I initially tried to log in and was blocked. I called in then and was told I'd be contacted within the business week, which never happened, hence why I find myself on hold now. They replay the same 3 songs and have the same "you're on hold" message at least 100 times, making this even more maddening.Very dissatisfied

p Wiles: Had an appointment to setup an account got there and the guy behind the reception desk in the lobby started to setup our accounts on a pad while we stood there, didn't even offer to have us sit in an office. Stupid way to do business, Walked out won't do business with them.
Elizabeth Tatum: The staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They were very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to beginners and experts alike.
Thomas Hauch: They do not even deserve 1 star. Total incompetence. Take your money somewhere else.
