Aliyah Turner: After my last cleaning company changed their cleaning policies overnight and I was left to find a new cleaning company to maintain my home during my third trimester of pregnancy, I thought I finally found a reputable company I could trust. However, I was met with having to reschedule my first cleaning due to extreme tardiness of the cleaning staff and delays. I let this go as things happen. When they did arrive at the newly scheduled cleaning appointment, they did a decent job. Not as thorough or as detailed as I would have liked and I had to remind the cleaning staff of several areas I had previously discussed that I wanted cleaned. However, upon final inspection, some of those areas were still missed (e.g. vacuuming and mopping the front porch area and the side stairs leading to the basement). However, I was willing to work with them and give them another chance. For my next scheduled cleaning (bi-weekly cleanings were established), there was a no-call-no-show. I even tipped for the first cleaning (20%). Once I reached out to the owner inquiring about this, I received no response and I've yet to receive one since. This was extremely unprofessional and I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. Back to the drawing board of finding a new cleaning company for my home.Service:Standard cleaning

Patti Kraemer: These lady’s are not your regular cookie cutter cleaning company. They do an AMAZING job. I have an old old bathroom and a bathtub we’ve been trying to get cleaned for a few years now. I don’t know how but they made it look brand new again. I was 100% Satisfied and so happy coming home to my house that was spotless. They have went above and beyond to accommodate us.
