Marianne Richey: I purchased my hot tub from here a little over a year ago. I had a issue with so I called the service department. I talked to a very nice man said we will see if it covered under warranty and send out a service tech. The next day the tech called not sure why but then he stated that he knows this will not be covered under warranty because he has seen this before and was kinda belligerent about it. At that point I no longer trusted him to come out and do his job which, I think he really didn't want to do. The smart way would have been to access the problem first. Will not purchased anything from here again.

Eric Williams: I really enjoy working with great escape. In this particular case we were buying a pool table and did not know a lot about them. Jerry, the manager of the store, was able to help coach us on the various products and helped us pick out one suitable for our needs. We have many more projects around the house that we will be completing and I can assure you he will come to great escape to complete those projects.
Brandi Grise: Why does it state you close at 5pm. If you have one of your employees ( a deaf gentleman)standing by the doors 5 minutes before telling customers they can't come in they are closed.

We looked at the displays that Great Escape had out and found one we really liked and was at a very good price. We spoke to Mitch who led us through the purchase of the hot tub we wanted. He was great and the whole experience was easy and painless. The hot tub delivered when it was supposed to and we couldn’t be happier. Best purchase this year, from a great store. So happy!

Angel Franklin: Once the other half of my furniture was delivered one piece was broken. I was told although I paid full price my salesman put I would accept a broken floor model for the price of a brand new one. REALLY! So that was already 8weeks after making my first payment and no product. I go in today and they still have not corrected a mistake from a week ago and just keep telling me sorry as if thats going to pay my credit card bill for a product I don't have. I feel unvalued and disrespected AGAIN! FURNITURE ROW Mishawaka store don't value BLACK DOLLARS!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP BLACK IF YOU CAN!Never again will they get my business. Now I have a credit line I can't use. They lack integrity and respect for a persons hard earned dollar!!!!!!!
Janet Ponte: Went to find a loveseat,rug,and coffee table and entertainment center.Entered store four employees at the main desk area.Recieved no greeting just looks.Proceeded to look around the whole store checked out some loveseats waited for some kind of acknowledgement but received nothing.So we left and I went home and bought everything on Wayfair.Will never buy anything from there.
NICOLE: We purchased a sectional and not even 3 months later it broke in 2 places. The store was very quick to insinuate that we caused the damage versus it being a manufacturers defect but that they would send a repair person out "as a courtesy". It shouldn't be considered a courtesy to repair something that broke due to poor quality - that is just good customer service.The repair guy spent 6 hours at our home and I was shocked to see that the wood used in the arms is paper thin so it is no surprise that it cracked right in half. Even after the repairs, we now have a sectional that creaks so loud every time you sit down or stand up and one area is sunken in and not completely aligned with the rest of the couch. We paid over 2k for this sectional and this should not be happening within the first few months (or really years!) after purchase. We have a different living room set in our basement from Ashley furniture that still looks and functions exactly the way it was when we bought it 4 years ago and has a 7 year warranty. We will never shop Furniture Row again. Buyer beware and take your hard earned money somewhere that will provide good customer service even after the sale.

Dana Bassett: As an artist the lumber section of Home Depot has always held a certain allure for me, but usually when I show up at HD I get weird looks from employees curious why a girl might want to buy some 2x4's. I also move every year so my annual Home Depot trip is a must. I HATE that! Thankfully, the Home Depot on Western is somehow not only pretty gender neutral, they also have a bunch of super helpful ladies on staff. I know gender troubles and Home Depot might seem strange, but I really appreciate the customer service of HD employees-- sometimes it's just impossible to find anything without them! They're return policy is also really awesome (especially when it comes to returning plants that have died within 30 days).

I hate to be pressured or "followed around" when I am looking for something. A salesperson, Monica, approached me to offer helping me. I told her what I wanted to do. She said "great" and left me to look. In the hour I was there, she twice checked back and asked if I had any questions, which I did. When I finally made my decision, I found her and let her know I was ready. We looked at the one I had chosen and she ordered it for me. No pressure - just polite, courteous, and very helpful - on my terms. I left very pleased with my purchase, not thinking I had been pushed into making the wrong choice! Thanks!.
