Sean Poyser: Went to pay my mom's gas bill and representative refused to accept payment. Offered to make a charitable payment and still refused. Didn't care what the amount was and still refused.They do not deserve your patronage. Rude customer service.
Ryan Olds: Pretty sad that during a pandemic and during winter, they will shut off your gas. And when everything gets taken care of, it takes 2 days to be turned back on. My house in south Bend is freezing right now. Companies with nothing more than greed in mind....
