KsSunflower: Horrible builders! In less than 1yr after our house was built - my hallway ceiling was ripped off of the walls due to the sheet rock being attached to the roof trusses, patio door wouldn't close with 10" of snow on the ground due to a defect they were aware of, 2 different septic leaks inside the basement utility room and one water leak in the storage room, black mold caused due to septic leaks, right side of the kitchen electrical didn't work when we moved in, sprinkler control box was put on the outside of house so the sprinkler water would trip the breaker causing it to turn off which killed part of the new sod, stove quit working after 2 mo, dishwasher quit working after 8 mo, basement sheet rock is warped which they can't seem to fix it, sink leaked after 3 mo., outer siding was cut short so rain would go behind the exterior wall and into the house, lot size was plotted wrong and there were MANY more problems encountered. Our house started out at $285,000 and things which were supposed to be included weren't so the cost ended up being close to $400,000! Materials are very poor quality, do not use this builder!
