Valerie Woodcox: I worked with Jonathan Coburn in sales. He was knowledgeable- a great listener. We talked a bit about my wants/needs and the first car he had me test drive was spot on (in market for used vehicle). Mike Anderson was wonderful as well as we finished up some financing. We laughed along the way all in all a great experience. Highly recommend working with Jon.
Amelia Tinlin: Gurley Leep service is very good even though it takes a while to get in sometimes. Cindi Krause is FANTASTIC and very customer oriented.
Little White Rabbit: Poor after-sales customer service. A brand new vehicle shouldn’t have needed multiple repairs within the first month of purchase.

Farai Gotora: My sales experience with them was fine, it was my experience with the service department that was a nightmare.I worked with a service rep whom I shall refer to as K. Over a week prior I'd spoken to another service rep to order a tire for my vehicle and she'd put me in touch with the parts department to whom I gave my tire info.Fast forward to the appointment, K is assisting me and he says he doesn't know anything about a tire and thus they never ordered me one. They correct a factory recall issue but I get no paperwork for this. My car is there for hours before I pick it up still with the donut on it. He said he was working frantically to get me a tire. I waited for nearly 2 months, even calling K from time to time to ask about the status of that tire. It was always something.Finally, with winter setting in I decided I couldn't be on a donut anymore, I called a local place I'd gone to before and they had the tire I needed and it was on my car a few days later. Ended up costing me way less than I probably would've paid at Gurley Leep and less headache too. How was I able to get a tire for myself after making a few phone calls but this man K with a catalog of suppliers couldn't get me one for 2 months?Bottom line, my needs weren't met and the experience was a lot more frustrating than it ever had to be.
Erika O: My husband and I cannot express enough how pleased we are with our purchase from Gurley Leep Hyundai. We are originally from the SB/Mishawaka area, but we have lived in Tennessee for many years. On a whim, I checked dealers in IN since we'd be up for a long weekend visiting family. I came across a 2018 Elantra which is what we had been looking for in TN for our daughter with little success. As soon as we checked into our hotel, my husband ran up to look at the car just before closing. David was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming to my husband. We returned the next day to look over the car again and begin the purchasing process. We were a bit worried how the process would go since we were from out-of-state, but the process was fairly straight-forward and easy. David (Sales) was a great help and so patient with our whole family (we had 2 little ones at the dealership with us). Eric (Sales Manager) and Cody (Finance) were also amazing. Both gentleman so patient and very helpful with all (and I mean ALL) of our questions. I cannot thank everyone enough for making this process as smooth as possible. Will highly recommend and will even drive the 10 hours again to make a purchase if that opportunity presents itself. THANK YOU Gurley Leep, David, Eric and Cody!! You all made 2 happy parents and 1 happy young lady with her first car.

I would highly recommend Danan because he was extremely helpful and handled everything for me. All I needed to do was sign and have someone pick up the vehicle. Even after the purchase he periodically checked in with me. 10/10 customer service.
Breahanna Wagner: I bought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee a couple years back with The Mechanic Service contract for extended warranty for my vehicle. It’s been 3 days no one has got back with me about how it works, when I call I am bounced around to different dealerships where no one knows what I am talking about because I have a Jeep and it’s not a Hyundai/GM/whatever else they sale besides Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I finally find the information online which is through Assurant they tell me I need to call my dealership back “per service contract if they can’t service it they have to sublet it out” all I am wanting is for someone a expert advisor anyone to help get my vehicle diagnosis so I can use the service contract I purchased with Gurley Leep to get my Jeep fixed. I’ve left my second voicemail and hopefully someone gets back to me. Funny the receptionist knows me by name “the jeep lady” I have purchased two cars from you guys I was thinking about a third but if this is how you treat your customers when problems arise I will take my business elsewhere.

Darin & Becky: We bought 2 cars from there last spring, we've had horrid experiences with service from other Gurley LEEP lots around them and scheduled to have our free oil change for our cars and first initial hello we're greeted with we don't have record of it being free after Janet Benson clearly stated we had a free one with our purchase and even saying so on sticker!! However Matt in service made it right and showed professionalism and because of that wewill bring our other car in and still do business. Please get more guys like Matt!

Josh Bottelberghe: Worst experience possibleThey lost my car.I had it towed there, thinking the dealership would have more professional service.It sat in their lot for a week until they could find it, and finally called me back. I had filed a police report for a missing car, because it was all I could do.Once they found it, continued by scheduling me an appointment to look at the car. When I called after the appointment to see what the deal was, they had not looked at it. The lady at the office proceeded to condescendingly explain to me how a line works, and how I had to wait my turn.What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re going to be rude to the customer when you do not keep it?Once it was serviced, it was done reasonably quick, and it showed. The bottom fairing on my bumper fell off because the mechs don’t understand how the pins worked. Piece was destroyed because it fell on and scraped along the freeway.Somehow broke the wiper fluid mechanism.Overall not a good experience.
Claude Doucette: Took my wife's Santa Fe sport here for the engine recall. I've bought a truck from Gurley, as well as had them service my Genesis.I was told yep, engine is definitely knocking, that's the issue. But was then told to fix it, I first needed to pay a $500 diagnostic fee, which if Hyundai deemed it was for sure the recall, would be refunded. They needed all the oil change receipts, blah blah blah, and it could take 3 months. Plus, and I quote, "I'm going to be honest with you, even with all that, only a 50% chance they will approve it". So I said go ahead. This was with Cynthia Kraus.Meantime, everybody told me to take it over to Goshen Car Company, who is also Hyundai dealer, they'd treat me better. After being at Gurley several days untouched, I said what do I have to loose? So we had it towed.Low and behold, at Goshen, within 24 hours of it being on their property, they had it looked at, and a approval from Hyundai for a new motor, free to us. No $500 diagnostic fee, or needing every receipt ever for the car. Now, a week and a half later, they're almost finished with the car, and my wife will have a car again.I would recommend Goshen Hyundai/Car company over Gurley 1000%, and the new truck I'll be ordering this year will come from them. I like when people are honest and back their product.
